I was hosting a party of 6 and decided to get Pizza Hut. I checked online and saw a new product and decided to get it. It was the Wings & Things as a nice little side dish to add to my pizza. First of it was $19.99 before tax, that is not worth it! I ordered normal fries as shown on the photos on the website and they told me they don’t carry that but if they don’t carry it why is it offered on the website… they gave me waffle fries instead without my knowledge… but if you look at the photo of the waffle fries I received.. that was disappointing. They say it’s per weight…. Doesn’t it look like someone ate it and brought home leftovers? I went back and they were ‘nice’ enough to offer more (not really). The attitude that they gave was stand-off ish. I would not suggest you to order the wings and things because that was not worth it! Just save your money!...

Doesn't give me a menu or anything but just stands there with an empty look on his face until I decide to go somewhere else where the establishment values my business.
The owner of this franchise should really try to coach and train his employees since it's a very poor experience and I know that I'll never return. Looking at the Google reviews will show that there is a trend of bad customer service.

I asked for a clean cutter not the meat one he said we wash them every 2-3 hours. I do dat all the time at other locations and they happily use a separate cutter and inform me they have a separate cutter for cheese and vege. No cutter used on meat is used for cheese. But here this guy had no knowledge. Kept arguing although I didn’t even say much but after looking at his attitude i asked before leaving what was his name and he refused to tell me his name also had no name tag.
