Hello World. Terrible and a liar Ana (with glasses). I ordered and paid online, a medium Thin crust pizza with EXTRA CHEESE (as always). I call right away (AS ALWAYS) to remind and make sure I get EXTRA CHEESE. 1st my call went to the regional call center. (Because they didn’t pick up the phone after ringing many times). I called again, she put me on hold immediately. When she came 6 minutes later; I voiced my unhappiness, because my Pizza is in the oven already. And they won’t be able to do what I want. She hung up on me. I called from a different phone number, she said her name is Ana , and she denied hanging up. (She got caught in her lies) . She said they did put extra cheese. I checked and took a picture. And left. This is my 2nd time ordering from this location. After eating from the pizza, I’m tasting more bread/crust. I turned around and went back. I was met by an employee identified himself as Andrew. He said he will make me a new one. He was very polite, accommodating and very pleasant, not to mention professional. I told him the pizza looks good (it did ) from here , while he’s getting it out of the oven. He explained to me (what I realized before) ; When they look at the order, it shows the ingredients ordered including cheese. Only when they look at the receipt they know it’s extra cheese. So the rude , terrible employee named Ana was lying when she promised that there’s extra cheese. And she lied when she said she didn’t hang up on me. Even though I showed her that they didn’t put extra cheese last week. Out of respect and courtesy to Andrew , I will not post the video I recorded. He’s an awesome gentleman. Look at the 1st photo and see which is the 1st one and which one is the half that Andrew reMade for me. The 2nd photo is the one that Ana lied and said it extra cheese. The last one is the one I got last week. Not only I was charged for something I didn’t get. The cheese was more than 5 centimeters away from the edge of the thin crust (in some parts of the pie). They don't put enough toppings on their pizza which would have otherwise been forgivable abd something I'd let slide but I went there today and place my order of 3 pizzas and paid by 9:02 PM (receipt says so). At 9:30 my mom followed up with the people behind the counter to ask where our order was because at that point, others who walked in after we did already left with their food. They said 5 minutes and I told her to calm down because these people probably ordered online for pickup maybe. Finally, the only other people waiting for their order got their pizza already (and we saw and heard them place their order 5 to 10 minutes after we did).
Approached the counter and asked them where ours was. Some guy (the cook?) approaches another guy who seems to be the boss and told him that the one coming out was part of our order. Saw two pizza boxes that have been sitting on the counter for more than 15 minutes to ask if those were part of our order and they said yes. We asked them but they refuse to give an explanation as to why our one pizza got left behind, made us sound like idiots for asking or suggesting that the other 2 pizzas that have been sitting there may already be cold. They were still laughing amongst themselves over something presumably funny. Eventually the one guy who seems to be the cook tells us awkwardly that he is giving us 2 creamy garlic dips for free - he made it sound like we should be grateful that he is giving us the dipping sauces after we waited for almost 45 minutes (it was 9:44pm by then) for our order. They don't grasp the idea that they have provided such crappy service and they need to do a better job of making it up to a customer who is being perfectly reasonable and in no way being a diva. I'll take a better and sincere apology with proper explanation over two damn dipping sauces any day. Go to the Birchmount and Ellesmere one instead, been there many times, better people and they don't skimp on the cheese they put...
Read moreI am a regular customer at this Establishment and never had a problem except today. I called to make a small complaint about the size of the pizza and the pieces of boneless chicken bites. Since being a regular to this location I am aware of the sizes and chicken bites, the size was a small not a large and the majority of the chicken bites were just chicken skin no meat. I called this store in hopes to get a acceptable respond and the women quickly said if you want to make a complaint you have to call there customer service number which she gave me. Once I called and waited basically 20 minutes for someone to answer they quickly told me over the phone that since it was an online order I had to call the store directly, annoyed by this respond I understood and she tried to put me through to the store on her end but my call was dropped and no one answered. I called again the store and they quickly put my call to customer service and when I tried third time the women who I spoke to in the beginning picked up and I told her I was the person who called the first time and told her since my order was done online through the web the customer service she resorted to me too said I had to call them to compliant her tone quickly changed and I started explain what was wrong with my order. She was non-chalant and was not letting me speak and she was rudely interrupting and kept telling me this is how they do it. Once again I'd like to remind you I've order from this location many times and the order was nothing like my previous orders. After discussing for about 10 minutes she finally told me if I wanted a credit on my next order or the same pizza now. Of course having guest over I'd like the pizza now and she obliged.
