Subway — Restaurant in Toronto

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! The owner does not take any accountability when his team makes a mistake. I ordered a fresh mozzarella sub....and the employee forgot to put in the main ingredient which is the fresh mozzarella!! Its like eating pepperoni pizza without the pepperoni. I ordered take out online and realized they made the mistake once I got home. I called the store and the employee never apologized and obviously had no idea what customer service is. He hung up on me and wouldn't pick up the phone when I called back several times. He insisted he put in the mozzarella but when I asked him what it looked like, he wasn't able to answer. The other issue was that the sandwich was missing spinach, when I asked about that, the employee said how they had run out. If that was the case, he should have told me this when I went to pick it up. So with 2 main items missing from my sub , I then sent an email to subway and the owner responded back right away with a generic response. Dharmeshkumar is a crook and doesn't care about his customers. I have asked for a refund or compensation of some kind and he will not respond back. This restaurant deserves 0 stars. This is not the first time they have forgotten main ingredients. And from the reviews, definitely...

I had a wonderful experience at this Subway location! The store was clean and well-organized, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They prepared my order exactly the way I wanted, with fresh ingredients and great attention to detail. The vegetables were crisp, the bread was soft and warm, and everything tasted so good.

I also appreciated how quickly they served me, even though there were other customers. The team worked efficiently while still being polite and cheerful.

Horrible service the subway employee told me to get out of the store , I said to take out and to eat one of my sub in the store , I did not eat all day feeling dizzy , as soon as I sit down he told me I can't eat in the store because I order the food for take out and he told me to leave , his tune was rude disrespectful ,he embarrassed me ,I told him I will not come back to this store agian , I live in this neighborhood for 38 years never I was told to leave a store, until today .
