Pizza Nova — Restaurant in Toronto

Just ordered pizza and very rude front desk. It's a shame it's a one star but I hope this is a teachable moment. Ordered a pizza, waited, came in and checked and saw two pizzas waiting. No customers around and we had to medium pizzas. She said it's not ours. Came back after 5-10 minutes and she literally grabbed the same pizza boxes. They were so busy talking amongst each other didn't even care to check.

Came home to realize the order was wrong, along with the pizza being luke warm. We went back to have them remake another pizza.

Now I normally wouldn't write a bad review even with all of this but her behaviour (raise voiced and argued) results in this review. A manager had to intervene and fix the issue.

Its one thing to make a mistake but it's important to be accountable. Understand the issue, be pleasant and help solve the issue. We literally spent over 40 minutes waiting in a car for pizza and she's raising her voice? Doesn't make much sense.

I hope this review is shared with the team and there is an improvement. Im willing to change this review knowing their operations and how they treat people will...

This has been my go-to spot for take-out pizza in the neighbourhood for some time. Not because the food is remarkable but it’s close and better than some of the other chains. But after what happened today, I don’t expect to return any time soon.

Placed an on-line order and picked it up. The pizza boxes were taped shut and I didn’t think to check the contents. When I opened the boxes at home I found a mess. Looks like someone dropped the order and didn’t want to own up. Totally ruined an anticipated fun family dinner.

Pizza Nova customer service was no help. Mistakes can happen but the truth is found in how people accept responsibility. No apology. I didn’t ask for anything but hoped for, at least, an acknowledgment or apology. Instead I was accused of lying. Who has time to try to scam a few dollars from a pizza joint? Is that how you feel about your customers? What a shame.

Sorry Pizza Nova, your product may be better than some chains but certainly not worth being disrespected.

When I first went into this location I was surprised that no customers eating there at all. I ordered the potato wedges and one of the girl was very friendly,when I went in to get my food,I saw the friendly girl was on her hands and knees cleaning the table stands which you don't normally see in a restaurant,and another girl came out passed me the food,and I requested for more ketchup to go with it because my husband has a medical problem that needs to use lots of sauce to swallow,and she said if he just had an oral surgery he shouldn't even use ketchup. LOL who made her the dietitian,and I said if you want, I can pay for the ketchup,5cent for a packet,and she said it's not that cheap,it needs 15cents for one packet.I was shocked that she just came up with such high price,I told her I got 12 packets of ketchup for free in another location and she said which one?
