Clearly Good Customer Service is not a priority at this location!! Service is ATROCIOUS here!!! Once upon a time, it was unheard of an employee to so rudely talk back to a paying customer. Regardless of who was in the wrong, the customer was Always Right!!! This is not at all practiced at this location!! The young staff working here lack not only customer service skills, but people skills in general!! Many are rude, arrogant, and very offensive!! I have experienced being served rudely and with attitude by more than one employee here, on more than one occasion. There is one exception however, a lady who deserves mentioning. She is Phillipino, wish I knew her name, but the sweetest lady ever, who has worked at this location for quite some time. Not sure if she is still there. Unfortunately, over the past four years or so from the looks of it, this franchise has been taken over by new management, and for the most part, the staff there now, come across unfriendly and arrogant. The experience my husband and I had yesterday afternoon, was just awful, one that ruined our moods for the remainder of the day!!! After hot coffee at the drive thru was handed to my husband in such a way that it spilled all over his jeans and in the car, clearly due to the cup having been overfilled, as well as leaking beneath, the girl at the drive thru window just seemed to stand there, not knowing what to do! I yelled at her out of anger and frustration, to give us some serviettes and another cup!! Obviously, my husband who had hot coffee on his wet pants was angry, as was I, and we had every right to be!!!! The girl offered a meager appology, when her coworker chimed in insulting me for losing my temper, stating, "look at your age"!. He then went on and on telling me to leave and not to talk to him.... just pure rudeness, and unprofessionalism, which further riled me up to leave while yelling back at him!! I cannot believe the audacity of this individuall and his mistreatment!! I worked in the coffee sector as a barrista throughout my University years, and NO MATTER how frustrating or upsetting things might have gotten with a customer, I could NEVER respond with rudeness, and distrspect!! I am talking 25 yrs ago, when customers were treated the way they deserved to be treated, respectfully first and foremost!! Had I talked back in the unprofessional and offensive manner that this employee spoke to me yesterday, I would have been strongly reprimanded by my boss, and warned of my consequences if it were to ever happen again. Furthermore, the customer would be appropriately addressed and compensated. Instead, upon calling in the complaint via the Customer Service contact number, and wasting precious time, my compensation for my ordeal was 70 points added to my Tim's Rewards App Really??!! The store management team would be notified of my complaint I was told, and that I may be contacted by the owner. Time will tell... Needless to say, Tim Hortons in general right now, will not be my go to place. Just so turned off! So many Awesome independent Cafés out there with far better service!!! Read moreI am a very polite person and I have to say I've never seen such horrible customer service at this location. They are very rude and arrogant. Unprofessional. First time I came here in drive thru I believe there was a communication misunderstanding I asked for two ice caps and they prepared one. That's fine no big deal. As i say this lady leans out the window proceeds to yell at me how I couldn't make up my mind and she couldn't understand me. I was not making a big deal about it as English may not be her first language but I felt attacked and shocked. I've worked in customer service myself and couldn't imagine ever speaking to a customer like this, let alone yelling. So I avoided that location for a while. Second time lady different one asked how I am paying I said debit but then remembered I had change. She started to give me attitude how I said it was debit. I politely said sorry is that a problem? She aggressively reached out for it practically shoved my order in my hand. Then yelled at other staff Where's the next order?! Read moreThis is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. I have been many times to see if the service gets better and it only gets worse each time. They always get my order WRONG and then try to say I ordered it wrong. Then ask to see my receipt which they never GIVE to you or even ASK if you want it. I shouldn't have to stand and ask 5 times if they got it correctly and then get it INCORRECTLY and then be argued with that I ordered it wrong. I also shouldn't have to ask for a tray to carry my 4 drinks or have to put them in myself after I ask for it and they toss it at me like I am wasting their time. I also should be served by someone who actually knows the menu and not ask me WHAT? WHAT? WHAT? five times like i'm speaking german. They should know what they have baked today and not to get told after I have already ordered and paid for something that they DO NOT have it. Just ridiculous service. I have come time and time again thinking maybe someone was training or they were just really busy but I can not believe how horrible the customer service is. I work in customer service and I would NEVER ARGUE with a customer that they were completely wrong and make a scene in the restaurant.
