I did the Mayan Curse with 3 other people. It's was very interesting and fun. The last puzzle is somewhat difficult but my friend managed to randomly solve it and we got a time of 43:07 which was their time of the week. The staff were very patient. My boyfriend and I were running a little late (about 8-10 mins) but they still allowed us to enter the room. We played some of the games that were available on the side afterwards. Most of these games were older and I was not familiar with them. Two things that really bothered me about this location though was that there were only 3 bathrooms and the camera they had available in their "photo booth" was impacted by the light coming in from the doors. You can't really see the faces...

I came to Escape Games on a couples night out and we tried out The Haunting of Noriko! The room itself is designed so well and although I don’t get scared by anything horror related, this room still gave me the creeps! I am relatively new at escape rooms but this is probably the best one that I’ve experienced! We liked this company and location so much that we’re coming back soon to see if we can complete The Last Resort! ***UPDATE*** made it back to Escape Games to try our hand at The Last Resort! It was so much fun and soooo creepy! Just when we thought we had it figured out, we ran out of time! Super creepy and the fear it instills ramps up the excitement!! Very well done room! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Me and my boyfriend did the Farm challenge yesterday. Damn, it’s so hard to find parking!! We arrived so late for our reservation, however, the staff was so understanding and nice, giving us extra time since they had no one booked after. We finished the challenge in 2 hours because we are dumb. But the challenge was pretty cool. One or two things make no sense but overall was such a fun experience. My boyfriend didn’t like me yelling at him and not wanting to call for hints, and he might not come back, so please develop a 1-person challenge for myself. I will be coming back, get ready. Shoutout to the staff again, you guys are so fun and nice. Thank you!

I have played all of the games at Escape Games Canada, even Syndicate: Relic Heist and Mayan Curse before they were taken out. But my latest experience at Escape Games playing Pathogen was not enjoyable at all. The design of the game is cool but I expected it to be very different from Syndicate considering they used the same space for it. The final room of the game used the same special effects as the last game, so it didn't seem all that new or original. Besides the very first puzzle, I did not enjoy completing this game. It wasn't that the puzzles were hard, they were just extremely tedious and confusing and I didn't care all that much for the story. I know a lot of money is put into these games, but it just seems like not enough thought was. The hint system is annoying because when we receive one it is hard to understand because it is not a live hint giving by the game master, it's a pre-written one. The customer service is always hit and miss with this location. Fortunately for this time going, the customer service was great and the people at the front desk took a lot of time to talk with us after about the room and other questions we had. For this reason, I am giving the 3 stars. But I would rate much lower for the room itself. I would recommend going for The Unknown or Crossroads at this location. This game just wasn't worth the money for me in my opinion.

EDIT: I completely understand the damage a low rating does to any company and I regret having given three stars in the first place. I know that feedback and can still be given even with a strong rating. I have always enjoyed playing games with this company. Yes, I may have been a little disappointed with Pathegen but it is true that everyone enjoys things differently. I am hoping that you get to open back up soon, as I am looking forward to your new missions and have always been updating myself and my friends on anything to do with...

Escape Games truly offers a thrilling and immersive experience for those seeking a challenge, a good scare, and an overall enjoyable time. As a group of four, we recently tackled their horror-based room called "The Last Resort" and were left thoroughly impressed.

The puzzles in the room were expertly crafted and provided just the right amount of challenge without being too overwhelming. Each puzzle was unique and required careful attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and teamwork. The satisfaction we felt when we finally cracked each one was truly fulfilling and made the experience all the more memorable.

The horror vibe was executed to perfection, with the lighting, sound effects, and set design all contributing to a spine-chilling atmosphere. Our group of friends were genuinely scared throughout the entire experience. It was clear that a lot of thought and effort went into creating this environment, and it definitely paid off.

The staff at Escape Games were simply fantastic. They were friendly, polite, and went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. They were also incredibly helpful, providing us with hints when we needed them and answering any questions we had. It was evident that they genuinely cared about our experience, and their enthusiasm added to the overall fun of the day.

The waiting room was also a highlight. The cool decorum added to the anticipation of what was to come, and the lockers provided to put our stuff away was a thoughtful touch.

Overall, Escape Games is the ideal escape room experience. It challenges you to think critically, work as a team, and pay close attention to detail. The horror element adds an extra layer of excitement and thrill, and the high-quality lighting, sound effects, and set design really transport you to another world. We left feeling accomplished and satisfied, and can't wait to come back and try another one of...

WOW - I don't even know where to begin to explain how AMAZING and FUN the experience my friends and I had with "The Unknown". It was definitely nerve-wrecking before we started the mission because there was NO information given about this room and the extreme content warning... (not recommended for anyone with heart conditions.... HUH??!!) - not to mention you aren't allowed any hints at all.. but I am so glad we gave into the hype and tried it out.

Obviously I can't spoil the room but once you experience it you can tell everything about it was very well-thought out. From the design to the production, to the puzzles and to the story, the entire mission had you on your toes the entire time. It is different from your usual escape room as The Unknown is so much more interactive so you're fully immersed into the story. I don't think I'll ever come across another escape room that combines thrill and fun so harmoniously but this is for sure something you MUST experience in your life (I'm a huge scaredy cat and loved it!!). Can confirm that The Unknown lived up to its hype (if not beyond the hype LOL)!!!

The staff was also very kind and accommodating. One of our friends was running about 15 minutes late and they let us wait for her with no problem. I also like that there are designated waiting spots for each room in the lobby to avoid clutter with different groups, such a small detail but so important to organization during busy times (they literally pay attention to everything!!).

PLEASE do yourself and the universe a favour and try "The Unknown"!! You will not be disappointed!! My friends and I are ready to come back and try out their other rooms. Escape Games is absolutely one of the top escape room...
