My experience with their crew was terrible. Here is an email that I sent to their support team:
Hello Sir,
I have recently went to a Pizza Nova store located at Steeles and Warden and I had some very disturbing customer service problems that I believe should be fixed. Firstly, the workers there are not very efficient and this shows the long hours that I had to wait compared to other locations where I only had to wait a couple of minutes. Furthermore, the workers there are very rude. For example, a worker that seems to be leading the team though I failed to take note of his name, screamed at the customers in his store to get out because it was crowded. In addition, there was a calculation error made by the workers (not the register as that gave out the right receipt) that was made on purpose in order to snatch a few dollars from unwary customers. I know this because though others have paid $20 for a $9 order, they have only received $10 change. I approached the male worker mentioned before and when I told him about the possible mistake, he laughed at me and told me I was cheap. In fact, he laughed at me in front of the many customers and made no attempt to apologize. I hope my problem with these thievish workers will propel you to do something about it. The main guy who has been working their for years has always had issue with washing his hands. Today I thought I give it another try. I saw him handle a lot of money at cash then went straight to pick up chicken to bake and then went to prepare bread and dough. His mask was not even covering his nose and clearly has no care for the pandemic. Moreover the second person making the pizza had dropped food lids on the floor to which he clearly picked it up and placed it back then continued making the pizza.I urge anyone not to come here as it is clearly is a safety concern . There's has been numerous complaints about this pizza nova and the way they handled food and just simply washing their hands as seen in the comments below and towards the management. Clearly nothing has changed over the years and sadly they have gotten worse right as were in a pandemic. I highly advise to avoid this pizza nova for your own safety in these tough times.
Also if you are a community member who has seen pizza nova not complying with simple food handling and health concerns please voice out your opinion. From what I see they have bots in the reviews who has been reviewing their places to make their stars higher.

Read moreDear Manager, I am writing to complain about the rude and unprofessional service I received at your pizza shop (395 Bamburgh Circle) on August 29, 2021, around 8:30 pm. I was ignored by the staff for about 5 minutes when I entered the shop. When I asked him to take my order, he did so impatiently and told me to come back in 15 minutes without taking my payment. I returned to the shop after about 7 or 8 minutes, knowing that my order was not ready yet, but the staff treated me very disrespectfully and asked me why I was staring at him. He said he did not like people watching him work. I told him I was not staring at him and asked why I could not wait there. He said there were people before me, which I understood, but I could not accept his rude attitude towards me. The worst part was that he refused to serve me and told me to leave, and he even swore at me! That was unacceptable. He should not be working in the service industry. If he was the owner, the shop would definitely go out of business. I hope you are a big company and you should take this very serious issue seriously and give me a reply.
