First and foremost, I'd like to point out that we ordered a combination of dark and white meat, but I have yet to receive a single piece of white meat. Second, our mashed potatoes had a tiny amount of gravy (all dry), our fries were soggy, and our biscuits were burnt. I've never had a Popeyes be so cheap and unprofessional as to give me such an order that felt like we were given leftovers. Very dissatisfied because nothing lived up to expectations.

Amsha (supposed manager) did not handle the order with care and has the audacity to serve me such food. I also did not receive any utensils, such as hot sauce or ketchup, and when I called, she said I should have mentioned it, despite the fact that in my experience, almost every Popeyes franchise includes the sauce. Aside from that, how come they didn't give me a single piece of white meat?

I honestly did not want to drive and pick up an order, so I decided to go with door dash instead after putting in long hours and hard earned money to treat my family to a nice calm Popeye's meal, and this is what I got in return...worst meal ever, and I will definitely not order from this...

Maybe a one off? My spicy chicken was not fresh today. I got the Tuesday special. If I had the time and energy to go back to get new pieces I would had - just so I can ask the chef to smell the chicken - it was gross.

The meat had a rancid taste. I thought the spiciness was off, then I thought maybe it’s old oil, but nope, it was the chicken. I was dipping it in a mix of spice and ketchup and it couldn’t even mask it. It was really gross and I had to throw it out.

I enjoyed Popeyes many times in the past. This was the first time I had this grossness. The chicken was a negative 5. The cashier lady was nice. So I’ll just leave it at 3 and hope these guys improve. It’s nice to have a location close-ish to home.

It’s a franchise! I would assume it’s the same supplier supplying all the Popeyes?

Your prices are not cheap, please use better quality chicken. Please have a manager or something do some quality control over your products.
