It's funny, I have a bit of a love-hate relationship with this strip mall. On the one hand, it has some of the stuff that I need all the time like TD, T&T, and some good restaurants. On the other hand, the parking is indeed atrocious. It's so crowded all the time, and also the space is tight and haphazard at spots.

But overall, it works fine, still worth a visit to do what...

T&T is good grocery with excellent selection of pots and pans. There are also kitchen stores in the corner which has a huge selection of pots and pans. There are two cheap haircutting...

Ate at Yin Ji Chang Fen, this one is not as good as Spadina branch, the deep fried fish skin is too thick, oil is not as fresh as Spadina's. Congee is average, rice noodle...
