Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Toronto

This review is is not about food but the inaction of employees here who allowed a dangerous man in their restaurant and started screaming and threatening me and my 3 year old son as soon as we walked in. He was raging for no reason and the employees there moving like they're illegal immigrants and don't want to deal with cops for whatever reason. One girl at the front cash and 2 guys at the back like wimps cowering and not doing a damn thing. I asked the girl if she was okay and why has she not called the police and there was no response. I had to call the cops and recorded this guy raging and yelling at my son and I for no reason. We walked in to get a slice and not even a minute later we walked out while on the phone with police. The employees didn't have to engage with him but call the cops from the back office to not alarm him. They encouraged this dangerous man to stay in their establishment and harass and threaten potential customers and put my son and I in a dangerous situation that could have been avoided had they taken action instead of letting him sit there and eat a whole pizza. I too am not one to leave a poor review but I am compelled to after the LOUSY customer service I have received. I worked in the food industry as well as the next person who posted. It is the inconvenience, my time, my gas and the cost of ONE of the pizzas they will not refund me - 24$

Ordered on the weekend - when I got home I took picture and emailed customer service. It was super thin , burnt, excessive amounts of vegan cheese which is like glue, barely any sauce and the pineapple appeared to have been previously frozen it was just an inedible mess. It was not what I had requested and ordered and it was discarded. Emailed customer service they refused to give me a refund but offered a 10$ coupon. Pizza is average for what you get - no issue there. However the customer service here is just abysmal.

Picking up my order they had the dipping sauces loose, so I asked for a separate bag for them. They first insisted on putting it into the box with warm food which would spoil the sauce. I asked for a new bag, and the girl working threw a fit. She reached under the counter finally to give me a crumpled up brown paper bag that looked very used. I asked why they just couldn't give a new one one and she had no answer. She even said the one she was giving me was used for cash which is absolutely disgusting that they would even offer that.

Finally got a new bag which they had plenty of. I just dont understand the hassle of all of that when they could just give an extra brown bag. I felt like they were thinking I was trying to rip them off, when all I wanted was a separate bag for...
