2 of us ordered 2 pork sandwiches there this afternoon. The woman making them could not (or would not) tell us the difference between the bread choices...which she just called buns as if we were idiots. When the meat for one sandwich was cooked she realized she had forgotten to cook the pork for the 2nd one, so she got out some raw pork and put on grill then picked out and cut the bun for the first sandwich!! YES, raw meat in her hands shared with the bun!. My friend noticed and asked her to change her gloves and get him a fresh bun....which she did. She had mask on and off and was on phone and chatting to some customers. She didn't even ask what we wanted to drink. So when the 2nd sandwich was done she asked "anything else?" I mentioned that we had planned to have 2 cappuccinos and she said they were too busy now with other customers. I just paid and left. TERRIBLE experience there today. Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve been here 3 times this year. The experience gets worse each time. The employees have zero customer service skills. They do not greet you, they do not even acknowledge you. They take their sweet time completing the simplest tasks and refuse to pay courtesy to a paying customerās time and presence. I waited 10 minutes to get 4 natas. There was only one customer ahead of me.
The other time I went to pick up pastries, the employee took SO LONG to make ONE espresso for a customer which ended up being her boyfriend Iām assuming as once she was done they hugged outside and she then went into his car. I guess she could not be bothered to help any other customers seeing as her shift was coming to an end and her boyfriend was there to pick her up. I had to wait for another person to serve me.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI been coming here for a long time but this week and especially today I had several terrible customer service... the new employees look like they angry at me just for ordering. I didn't care but they kept messing up my order, I am not a demanding person if they don't want to smile or greet so be it but dont look upset at me for ordering or keep giving wrong orders then act like I am suppose to take whatever you give me. No need to mention their names, but they know, I would advise them to search for another job that has no interaction with people. If it was not reoccurring I would not say anything.. sadly I used to love coming here, cheers to the original employees but won't be coming back here...
