Pizzaiolo — Restaurant in Toronto

The pizza is pretty good. The issue started when I ordered a calzone. It has an absolutely MASSIVE crust around the outside. this caused the calzone to be undercooked. there was lots of RAW dough inside it was gooey and disgusting. I called and the worker gave me a run around about how he couldn't cook it more or it would burn... But it was RAW. which is unacceptable. he then said I ordered too many toppings and that was why..... why is it an option then if it is not possible to cook the calzone? my 3 topping calzone was about 18 dollars. I was offered a credit and when I went to order pizza I was informed it is a calzone credit.... I said I do not want that calzone again as he told me he cannot make it the way I would like to order it so I am not going to chance it. I was given a credit towards pizza... How much??? 10 dollars.... so I had to stand at my door and go back and forth with the delivery driver explaining how my credit should be the amount of my 3 topping calzone which was 18 dollars. we then went back and forth and I ended up paying 11 dollars on a 23 dollar order so Clearly I did not get my 18 dollars worth of credit I was tired of going back and forth and I will NEVER go to this pizzaiolo location again. Absolutely careless customer service. ( I don't blame the delivery driver btw) It is just frustrating when I am constantly being short changed when I paid full price for a RAW calzone that left me with...

Well I now hate this location; they keep ignoring order notes, I pay for 2 orders of bacon they give me 2 pieces on the whole pizza, I called tonight to make sure they don't put any garlic on my pizza because I am allergic and to make sure they put bacon on my pizza and the disgusting man I talked to told me not to bother him and was really rude. I told him if he read the notes and didn't cheat me on what I order I wouldn't need to call me. I canceled my order and will not be supporting this location as long as their employees speak to people like this.

The best pizza ever!!! The ingredients are fresh, they use the BEST bacon strips and the crust is delicious. Very accommodating staff and they even called me back on my last order to let me know they were doing a big order and my delivery may be delayed. I ordered through Uber Eats the time was supposed to be between 640 and 7 PM delivery.The delivery was apparently through their own delivery people, not through Uber eats delivery .The pizza never came. It was now 715. I decided to call every time I called they picked up the phone and hung up on me. I was beyond surprised and shocked this is no way to conduct business. I thought maybe it’s because on the app I don’t tip I tip privately when my food is delivered, regardless if that is the reason it is inexcusable. I called Uber eats and cancelled my order though at some point through Uber delivery the pizza showed up almost 2 hours later. It was stone cold! Since the experience I was having with the store itself I was super concerned about actually eating the pizza. I tipped the Uber delivery person and threw the pizza away.
