DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. Every time I place an order with this store I have an issue. They often say my order will be ready at a certain time for pick up and I show up after the designated time and I still have to wait 10-15 minutes, or they’ve completely forgotten to even start my order. I ordered for delivery and it took an hour for the pizza to show up, and when it did they forgot my drinks and dips that I ordered . It took them 30 minutes to bring them back again - the store is 7 minutes from my house. When I called and asked he said they have other orders, so I wasn’t a priority - probably cause they already had my money. When I informed him the pizza was undercooked over the phone he interrupted me and told me he cooked the pizza and it’s cooked perfectly. Even when I told him the top dough was gummy and doughy he kept interrupting me and talking over me telling me I was wrong. Initially they offered me a $10 credit for forgetting the drinks and dips. Then called back to tell me the drinks and dips were free and I didn’t pay for them so he couldn’t give me a credit he could only give me dips or drinks…… if you order a combo at Harvey’s it’s comes with a drink, a side and a burger. Nothing is free. The special I ordered came with drinks and dips. I paid for them, they weren’t free. I had the delivery driver take a photo of the pizza and showed him that the top of the dough was gummy and undercooked. He told me they only cook the bottom of the pizza….. so because the bottom was brown it was cooked. I told him if the outside of a chicken is brown it doesn’t mean the inside is cooked Al the way through…..it can still be raw on the inside, like the pizza dough. He also told me since I ordered extra sauce and red peppers that they have extra moisture and that’s why it’s cooked like that. But that the gummy dough is standard and perfectly cooked pizza. I told them that if I ordered extra sauce pizza with toppings that affect the cook of the pizza, it’s up to them, the pizza makers to ensure the pizza is cooked properly. This store needs new management and staff and better training for employees on customer service and just how to properly cook pizza and run a store. they’re always rude and telling me I’m wrong and making excuses when they continuously and consistently make mistakes and never offering to make it up in any way. I always have to ask for something from them, they never try to make it better. I’ve never had so many issues with a Pizzaiolo or any restaurant for that matter. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. Literally any other...

As a longterm avid fan of Pizzaiolo pizzas, I would absolutely not recommend this location after my most recent experience. Go anywhere else as the customer service is completely unacceptable and there is zero accountability for errors.

I paid $44 for an XL pizza for a party I was attending. Upon getting to my destination one of the guests asked why the pizza didn't have feta like usual. I thought maybe I made a mistake when ordering, but when I checked my order confirmation it was listed in the toppings.

I called this location to let them know they missed an ingredient. I'm paying nearly $4 for every ingredient so I might as well be reimbursed. The gentleman on the line told me that his staff absolutely added feta to the pizza. I was taken aback. I see my pizza and there is no feta on it. They then tell me "well since you "BELIEVE" there is no feta on your pizza, I can offer you a free dipping sauce next time."

A $1.15 dipping sauce for missing $3.79 in ingredient?

I'm sorry, but I told this gentleman this was an unacceptable solution. I don't ever get dipping sauces with my pizza. I wanted at least some form of discount. He said he is not qualified to give discounts, he'll talk to his supervisor and call me back.

He calls me back after five minutes and starts with 'there was definitely feta on your pizza. It's just melted so you can't tell."

This is absolutely absurd behavior. You're going to gaslight your customers?!

I got upset and said I know what feta looks and tastes like on a pizza. I know there is none on my pizza. And he said he can give me a discount. I ask what confirmation can I get that he's not just saying that. He told me his manager will call me back on Monday.

It's Tuesday. No phone call. This is absolutely not the way to handle customers or run a business. This is blatant disrespect and it's ruined my opinion of this...

My office ( Avis budget group) is right across the road from Pizzaiolo and I can honestly say that me and my staff member never get pizza from anywhere else else. There are multiple reasons why I love this place.

The staff here is absolutely amazing. Never can I ever say “the service here is horrible” because everything I come here i am greeted the way a customer should be greeted. I’m a treated with the up most respect from the staffs and I always leave with a smile on my face.

Halal options. Not a lot of local pizza shops around my office area have halal options and that can become a bummer sometimes cause I always eat pizza with meat and this location has made it so much easier for me to order my pizza up to my expectations with havin to starve myself

My pizza is always made early then the eta’d time I am given. Last week I was told my pizza will be made in 20 mins. I always arrive 5-7 mins prior to the time that was given to me and hey my pizza was ready.

Overall I have recommended this place for those purposes and I will keep referring people. Family friends and...

*****Please note **** for some reason Google is crossing two locations cause I can see two locations in the pictures provided. This review is for the location located in the Markland Woods area Bloor and Mill road. Not sure why businesses quality started to drop after they open. When they first opened this location I bought pizza quite a few times from this location . I actually dreamt about their pizza. Very tasty … The last month I’ve walked in and walked out they always run out the of the spicy honey pizza - ( something along the lines of that ) Today however was not very good. The pepperoni pizza barley had any cheese on it. And the lady serving at the counter barely warmed the pizza ( by time I walked out to my car - it was cold and dry. If you zoom in you can see how there’s a skimp of cheese. They did put pepperoni but underneath just more dough. I understand inflation but come on - a little cheese didn’t hurt nobody.

I need to share ,I was so annoyed today by having pizza at this location,I never saw something like these ,all these years I’m living here in Toronto and GTA, we ordered medium veggie pizza ,which wasn’t really medium ,was something between small and medium for 30$ !!!!!! And after all the pizza was half empty and the bread wasn’t even at all ,as you will see in the picture,I hope people would do their job responsibly and respectfully and doing their best no matter where they work and what job title they have,we ate the pizza just because we were so hungry after work ,otherwise I would return the pizza and having the money back and going to some other places which you get what you pay for ,that’s big cheating on people,I wish people would learn how to be more fair ,that was waste of money and time today to eat at this pizza IOLO unfortunately.
