I asked since I live across a homeless shelter if they could give me a few more pieces so I can give out they told me no they don’t support the homeless I’ll never eat year again it’s 5:08 am that really crazy you guys dint help out your community it’s crazy I spend $60 on food caused that’s all I had all I asked was if you could Me feed the homeless very heartless very you need to fire whoever was working this shift ever heartless and not professional I work in the food industry and we would never do this. It’s not taking anything other paycheque to be a good person and they weren’t that about their character. (October 19th 5:13am) i’ll never forget because you guys close at 6 AM and the fact that you guys couldn’t give out chicken that you guys were gonna throw out was crazy thinking of inflation we’re just throwing our chicken we don’t need and ignorant people don’t want to feed the homeless thinking it’s gonna go somewhere. It’s not people getting paid and they just don’t care. I got food poisoning from this place a week ago thinking it was just the wrong person working but now I know they’re heartless and they don’t care about anything but just getting a check. No big deal.
I actually regularly used to visit this place and I know most of the staff here pretty well. I went to there to rectify the order. The manager told me that he had many orders that say and all of them went fine. I told him this is not important.
I came in person because this is the fifth time they've messed up my order. After a back and forth of us repeating these two points we began raising our voices.
He told me to quiet down. I did initially comply and i can see the staff were feeling uncomfortable. I asked him if it is possible could they read the order and if they cannot complete it please call the customer so it can be rectified. He told me they are too busy for that. I then decided to leave.
As I was leaving he then said something along the lines of I better leave or he'll call the police. I turned around and said please call them. After a staff member I know talked to me and I decided to relax and leave. Police have better things to do.
Firstly, I didn't demean the manager. There was no need to threaten with calling the police. Secondly, it's Christmas eve, I just wanted my order completed properly. Thirdly, asking people to read my order and contact me if they cannot complete it seems like a reasonable request.

I called for a pickup order of family meal - mild, no wings -and was told 20min. I said "20min?..." and it was confirmed (x1). Got there and after 4min wait in line asked "is the order ready?" Lady at the counter called out to ask if ready, and someone confirmed yes. I paid and that same (assuming) manager lady told counter lady to say "2min" (x2). Other guy walking away with food laughed. Other lady, assuming manager at the time, brought my order for me to takeout. I asked while looking at her "no wings?", and she replied "no, no wings" (x3). Got to the car and decided to check - wings are in the order with a box marked spicy. Went back in, manager lady mentioned the box says spicy but I have mild, and then disposed of the wings and replaced with separate bag of exact amount thrown out - no other compensation.
