Disclaimer: The actual quality of my drinks were fine, just a terrible service experience.
2 main issues occurred during this visit:
Incorrect info on the Holiday promotion for the cupholder thing. I double checked with the cashier (who was new) if I could just get a regular size drink alongside the promotional drink to get the cupsleeve, to which they said YES. But when I received my drinks the other staff did not give it to me. I was kinda puzzled and asked why they didn’t give it to me (despite it not specifying in the promotional photo too), and it’s because their boss changed the promotion for this location. Unfortunately was unable to get the cupsleeve which was a burden because I even offered to just upsize the drink and charge me more if anything, would’ve have just bought a large if the cashier said I had to buy two larges.
I had waited about 20 min before being able to place my order, 10 of the min being the next person to order. One of the workers asked if I had placed an order yet, to which I said no and went back to prepping stuff. They were still prepping orders (which was fine), so I waited until… they decided to ring an Uber order which I was honestly flabbergasted by lmao. I finally asked them if they could take my order because I had been in line for 20 minutes. I was the ONLY person in the store for 10 min after they served the customer before me. Got the WORST mango pomelo sago smoothie ever from this location. Being a long term customer, I don't think they were made following the recipe nor using the proper and fresh ingredients. It is totally unacceptable to serve those to customer!

2022-10-10 Monday ~5pm after a long bike ride with my 12yr old son, I gave him some cash to order some bubble tea. There was just one couple in front of him in line so I thought it wouldn't be long. I tended to our bicycles while he waited. After 25 minutes we left empty handed. My son was at front of line for about 20minutes.
It would have been nice if we were warned it would be a long wait time to order, but there was 0 communication.
I hope this review helps you and hope to change it to 5 stars upon next visit! yes we will absolutely try again.
2025-03-02 update: went again with my son, and there was some communication this time, but don't think we will try again bubble tea rating 5/5 no issues, tastes great price 5/5 no issues, price fair customer service 1/5 is the place is understaffed? We were the only people in line, but the 1 girl working says "sorry it will be a few minutes". 1/2hr later we got our 2 drinks. The girl was so busy, maybe for order pickups.
