Reginos pizza & wings (Morningside) — Restaurant in Toronto

Went to do an order online only to find out my friends Scarborough home isn't available for online ordering. So I called and asked about placing the order over the phone. Was told by one guy sorry you have to do the order online for that special. Told him it's not working and he hands the phone to another guy who repeats the same thing.

You can tell these people do not know how to talk to a customer. They probably only know how to make food and that's it. They didn't even know what their delivery area is not only for ONLINE but orders over the phone.

I asked them do you have a corporate number I can call to find these details on where the delivery zone is. The guy says NO we do not. Told him you should know because of issues like this. He didn't say much on the phone because clearly Reginos is paying them $14/hr to make pizza and not talk on the phone.

BTW we called a different Reino's who didn't delivery to my friends place and guess what? They claim this location is suppose to take our online order since we're closer to them than the 2nd place i called.

Anyways in the end we got Pizza Hut because those people that work there are actually getting paid to not only help customers over the phone but as well make pizza.

This location truly needs to step up and man up on how you treat customers over the phone and be 100% with your answers and next time someone wants a corporate number or email address you better give it.

BTW thank you to the People at Pizza Hut for saving the day. Will now only order Pizza Hut when I go visit my friend in...

When I started going to Reginos in 2009 right up to 2016, the pizza was fantastic . . . taste, cheesy, excellent crust. Over the last 2 years, the taste & quality of the pizza has declined immensely. Here's a summary of my experiences between spring of 2016 to present: I've been given burnt crust pizzas; when I've asked for and paid for double cheese, it's scrimped; the taste & quality of their cheese has diminished - it used to be melty & had a creamy taste...I suspect they've adopted a cheaper cheese; the crust was tasty...now it's thin, doesn't hold up to the sauce (soggy & thin) & tastes much like cardboard...thought only Pizza Pizza crust was made from saw dust, guess not; their Mon. night Mega was the best value for your $$...prices were increased & taste & quality were decreased, so while still offered at a fairly good price, it's definitely a mega taste let down. I used to love their pizza...now I'm looking for a replacement go-to alternative... 2 4 1 Pizza has been a tasty substitute, very tasty sauce @ good prices on choice weeknights...

Reginos...go back to your original cheese & crust...you may get back up onto the top of my list. For now, you're a 1.5 star...very...

Terrible pizza and customer service. I used to order from this location all the time but their quality has REALLY gone down hill. I ordered an XL pizza and asked for extra sauce. When I picked the pizza up it looked dry so I asked if they added the extra sauce and the cashier assured me that they did. When I brought it home and tried it, it was very dry, even more so than a regular pizza, obviously they did not add the extra sauce. I called to ask if they can give me a replacement and they told me they would call me back but did not. I had to call back 3 times and eventually spoke to the manager. He told me that they could not do anything and that it was dry because I picked it up 15 mins late, which was ridiculous for 2 reasons: a) I picked up when they told me it would be ready, b) I have had pizza from tons of other restaurants before and never had a pizza dry out for "picking up late". In fact I usually order enough to have leftovers the next day and never had this issue. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from this place again. Even Pizza Pizza tastes better than this low quality cardboard that I received. I would give zero stars if I could. Avoid unless you like dry...
