Booster Juice — Restaurant in Toronto

Food: 1/5 I ordered 2 Original Smoothies and a Tropical Tornado, they failed to tell me they didn't have bananas which is the base for the smoothie. They let me know after they made it for me. It ended up being a very sour strawberry smoothie. I couldn't even stand how sour it was and ended up throwing it out. A waste of $20 I've come here maybe 4 or 5 times now, and most times they're out of something (some fruits, or drink trays for weeks).

Service: I usually see the same girl with piercings that works there, she usually isn't too happy when you disturb her from browsing on her phone. They advertise curbside pickup on Google but they don't answer their phones ever and they aren't listed on any food apps to order for pick-up. An employee that worked there said they don't have a phone. I don't really understand how a business doesn't have a phoneline or why they would limit their ability to takes orders this way.

If you're stuck at the facility, it's better than nothing, but honestly go elsewhere. This location often doesn't make half the smoothies that you can get at a normal Booster Juice location and their service is awful. As an example, today I specifically asked what time they were open till so I could get my kid a smoothy after practice. I came back 15 minutes before the time they gave me and the gate was closed and the only thing they would sell is coconut water. Hint: you're not open if the gate is closed and you don't sell the stuff your brand is built on.
