I was in the area and though I would give Richmond Bakery a try. Firstly, there were way too many people in the bakery. No social distancing. Way too congested. Two of the staff members were wearing masks but the lady at the cash was wearing her mask on her chin. Gentleman in front of me, was not wearing any mask and was not questioned as to whether he had a medical condition. I purchased bagels, challah and challah buns for Shabbos. When I got home I took out a bagel which definitely did not feel fresh. When I cut it, it was obviously not fresh. I cannot yet comment on the freshness of the challah.
