If you have someone who needs to have fun safely and with accessibility support, Jumpstart Playground is a great place to have fun. The playground is located within Earl Bales Park, with access to public parking with spaces for people with disabilities, and public restrooms located within the park and also in the community center (both restrooms have grab bars, open-close systems on the doors, and Braille descriptions). The playground was designed with children and adolescents with reduced mobility, visual impairments, and motor disabilities in mind. It features toys with appropriate flooring, a Braille system for reading information, and a sign system for guidance and communication for children and adolescents with hearing impairments. The entire perimeter of the playground is laid out with rubber flooring and park chairs, so that guardians, parents, and companions have a good view. It is certainly a place to be visited and used frequently.

This playground is pretty awesome! It's a big space with lots of play structures that span multiple age groups and abilities. The smaller, somewhat older playground has a wheelchair-accessible swing, and there are wide ramps on the main play structures. There's also a splash pad. Because it's located in Earl Bales Park, there's plenty of green space to play sports, set up a picnic mat, chairs, etc. There are also several big parking lots close by. Given that it was a nice autumn day and the playground is popular, it did get quite crowded, and you'll probably need to watch the little kids.

One of the best playgrounds in North York. It is big, new and very well designed. Good for 18month to 12 year-old kids. The toddler’s part is not as big as other side. Different kind and slid sizes. Different kinds of swings. There is splash pad area, but not a big one. Washrooms in community centre. Soft floor playground. Huge free parking lot. The park has many different trails for short hiking and biking, also there are many asphalt paths for walking with strollers. There is a beautiful pound in the middle. Many different parking lots. BBQ is allowed.
