I have a deep appreciation for the food here, especially the meat burek, but I've encountered considerable frustration with their service. The burek is only available in limited quantities each day, and you must call in advance to place an order for the following day. If you're fortunate enough to find it available on the day you visit, it's typically only in the morning, as it sells out quickly—and, unfortunately, the staff member who prepares it is not always on shift. As a result, availability is not guaranteed.
I work nearby and have a very limited half-hour break. I used to regularly place an order over the phone, either the day before or first thing in the morning, but their phone line has recently been out of service. This has left me in a difficult position: I can't place an order in advance, and I'm not willing to risk making the trip only to be told the burek is unavailable. On several occasions, I’ve ended up with no time to get food elsewhere, leaving me hungry and frustrated.
It’s truly disappointing because the meat burek is exceptional, and I used to purchase 2-3 servings almost daily. I've repeatedly asked them to restore their phone service, but nothing has been done to address the issue. Additionally, despite my efforts to correct their phone number on Apple Maps, the wrong number is still listed on Google.
Until they resolve these issues—particularly with their phone service—I’m unable to continue ordering from here, which is...
Read moreI had a medical appointment not too far from this bakery. I had goggled for some bakeries close to the location of my appointment. So when we got to the location where Crescent Bakery & Cafe is, we had a bit of a problem finding it. We missed the sign from the main road. After a phone call to the Cafe and asking a few folks around the area, we managed to get to Crescent Bakery & Cafe. I was blown away by the service and the freshness of everything that we had at the cafe. The owner couldn't have been any nicer. She threw in a few freshly baked jam cookies for us to taste. I had more than one cup of Turkish tea. She refused to charge for it 🙏 We had Borek stuffed with beef and the cold Baklava. My husband had coffee. I packed up two Pogaca, one Turkish bagel and a slice of Tres Leches cake. Everything was delicious!! If we come towards this area again we'll make it a point to stop by again. Thank you so much for the...
Read moreIt's really nice that every time I go to eat something in this cafe, the employee named Tuğba welcomes me and my friends with a smiling face and spreads positive energy. The breakfast products are very good and the prices are very affordable, which makes this place indispensable for me and my friends. Just a little advice, I think it will be much more successful if the products can be increased a little more and cake and pastry...
