Sicily Pizza — Restaurant in Toronto

Went to check this place out in June off a friend’s recommendation. The restaurant gives off a 90’s diner with its decor. The service was great! I found out that it’s owned by a little family, who all work at the store. They were very sweet, and the service only took about 20 minutes. I ordered a 3-topping pizza with extra toppings, and cheesy garlic bread. It came out to about $33 after tax. The food was amazing and incredibly cheap! The pizza was hot, and I could tell that the dough was fresh. Not to mention, the crust was super crispy! For the garlic bread, the mix of melted cheese and crunchy garlic bread made my meal all the more enjoyable. This use to be my favorite pizza place until today. I called twice trying to order my large pepperoni pizza for pick up that I order once a week and the man who picked up didn’t answer “Sicily pizza” like they normally and started being so rude. They must have thought I was a telemarketer, so I called back asking if I could order a pizza where I was mocked again and hung up on. I then blocked my ID and called back and sure enough they answered like they usually do. I stated what happened and they didn’t care, also said it’s okay if you don’t order from us if I don’t want. An excellent pizza parlor. While I have only been here a handful of times, their pizzas are delicious and well-prepared. There are, however, one or two issues pertaining the appearance of professionalism that this establishment seems to struggle with. This shop is run by a husband and wife. Both seem to be nice people, but on one or two occasions, I have seen the husband raise his voice quite loudly in the back of the shop. I'm presuming he was angry with his wife over something (they weren't speaking in English). Anyhow, seeing that left me a bit unnerved, and in general it's best not to shout at others, including and especially your wife. Other than that, the food itself...
