I waited over 10 minutes for the staff to make a simple strawberry and cream frap (3 ingredients into t The blender). I had 1 person in front of me. When I asked why it was taking so long I was told they were very busy… which I witnessed none of. Just the staff taking their time and stopping to talk to eachother. The two people who ordered after me got their drinks before me. No online orders or preorders come through this location. “Very busy” was a total excuse to waste my time. Never returning. Not to mention I wasn’t asked if I collect points or anything. If you consider 3 orders to be “very busy” then new staff needs to be hired. Complete waste of my time to receive a drink with all the strawberry purée sitting at the bottom...

This location is always a disaster. Drinks are never made correctly (usually burnt), it’s always so busy and staff cannot manage. They often forget to heat up your food keeping you waiting forever for your food. Pretty much every time we go there we’re stuck waiting while our food sits on the counters waiting to be heated.

They also never have items in stock including coffee. Like you’re a coffee shop how does that make sense?

I’m not sure if this lack of standards at this location is because they aren’t Starbucks employees, so they don’t get the same training.

Staff is nice but unfortunately it doesn’t make up for their incompetence. I’ve given them a few chances hoping it wasn’t the norm but I’ll never return to...
