This is the WORST Starbucks I have ever visited. The staff look like they don't even want to be at work. The Manager looks like the least friendly person there. She acts like she owns the location and is always rolling her eyes or ignoring customers. The counter where they serve the drinks is always messy and unkept. They don't even know to make drinks properly! There is no consistency! They don't take pride in anything they do, from as minor as how nicely they apply the whipped cream.
GOOD NEWS: There is another location opening on campus right next to Scott Library so we don't even have to deal with those half-dead people, I hope the staff are better trained and friendlier (like Starbucks employees should be) What else are we paying for besides bright smiles and our names on our cups? Definitely not nasty attitudes.
They need to all be laid off or monitored for improvement.
Suggestion: Just go to Aroma at Pond/ Sentinel or TIm Horton's at Scott and see how much nicer the...

Either way I don't know if she is in charge or anything but she kept taking staff away from their work to go do something else. If the line was super long, the registers should all be filled but this lady would come up and be like "no go refill cups, I'll do this". She kept redirecting people and taking people into the back to talk to them which resulted in people waiting longer in line. Also a weird system. Instead of two open registers, this lady took our order at one and then made us pay at the other one????? That doesn't make any sense.
She took my order wrong and gave it to the barista. When the barista had to remake my drink, this older lady seemed annoyed that she was taking so long despite it being her fault in the first place???

I have a quite complicated order but I always stay nice and calm when Im putting my order in. I repeated my drink a couple of times so they can make it right. But they guy at the cash whose name is Tyronne was rushing us! like there were 4 of us, what do you expect? So, orders are in. They already made a mistake, we asked for green tea frapp, not green tea latte. My friend was okay with the latte so he just took the drink. but I ask for a new one.
