Subway — Restaurant in Toronto

My wife and I had an extremely horrible experience at this subway. The lady working there doesn't know how to treat customers. She was really rude and provided disgusting service. Firstly, she refuses to apply online promo code to in-store orders while there is an option in the subway app that provides QR code for in-store purchases. So we had no choice but to place an order online sitting at the restaurant. There were two other customers in the restaurant but our order went through first. After receiving the order, she confirms if it was our order and then humiliated us in front of the other customers repeatedly asking rudely and loudly if we wanted this many toppings and sauces on our sub. And after that she served other customers first. One customer was kind enough to consider that our order went in first and told that lady to serve us ahead of him. She argued with him that he came first and she'll make his order first but that gentleman stood firm and told her to make ours first. After that, while making our sub, she was making frustrated faces and whispering 'oh god' loud enough to make us hear that and feel more humiliated in front of other customers. After receiving our food, we wanted to dine-in but we were so embarrassed by her behavior that we decided to eat it in our car instead. We were paying money for that food, not getting it for free. No one deserves to be treated like this. We are so disappointed and will never go to this...

I go to Subway all the time and love the food. Same as my kids. This was the first time I went to this location. Only my daughter was hungry so I ordered her the kids combo. The employee seemed mad that that was all I ordered and asked me am I sure she doesn't want a six inch. I said no a kids sub was good. She did then tried to put old cheddar cheese on the sub, as the sides were gone all dark orange, where I asked her to please put a different one. Once at the cash register my daughter got her orange juice and I asked for a cookie instead of the apple slices. The employee said no as only choice is apple slices. I've always got a cookie instead of apple slices, so if something changed I'm not sure as this was the first time I was told no. My daughter said she didn't want the apple slices, the employee told me I should buy the combo and then the cookie separate. I told her no that's okay. I'll just take the sub and no combo and put the juice back the employee started telling me it's no fair I just buy the kids sub???I was like what?? So can't buy just the sub???she said no combo only??and since I did this many time just the sub...I decided to just walk out......This was the worse service I've ever had and it doesn't represent all Subways as usually their excellent. It was only this location I ever had an issue ever....The employee I'm guessing was the owner as they seemed desperate for me too spend...

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! The older lady who works there is definitely the reason I will never go back here. I’ve been to this location a few times and the other workers were so kinda and polite. This lady will never be getting business from me again! Went in to order a wrap, asked for double cheese but for it to be places above and below the meat, she completely ignored me and placed it as she pleased and continued about her business. I then asked if there was any green peppers as I noticed that the container was empty and she looked at me and said …. “Choose another topping” ummmm if your completely out of green peppers, fine but you could be more polite about it. okay fine I added more cucumbers. Proceeded to ask for my wrap to be pressed and her response was no she can’t bc the machine isn’t turned on so put it in the oven to be toasted instead without me agreeing to that and while my wrap was being toasted then proceeded to turn on the press which if she asked if I could wait for it to be warmed up I would have. But instead she just toasted it without my permission. Her customer service has always been terrible for as long as I can remember. I refuse to set foot in this place again until there’s new...
