I stopped by this location a couple of weeks ago along my way to work and I encountered the worst experience I’ve had at a subway location. I was told I would by the sandwich artist I’d have to wait 15 minutes to place my order because he was backlogged with online orders. It’s obvious he was poorly trained by management because in-store customers ALWAYS have a priority over online orders and that’s speaking from retail management and food service experience. Also considering online orders already have an estimated time window of 25-40+ minutes of completion based off of food preparation and delivery time, it’s unacceptable to deny customers service during business hours, especially when the customer has genuine intention to pay and not cause any disruption to the storefront or compromise safety of employees. After witnessing this poor level of customer service and inability to prioritize tasks and manage time, I peacefully went to Papa Johns beside the storefront and received a pizza within the same time the sandwich artist was attempting to complete his uber orders. The worst part about this whole situation is that it was at night between 9:15-9:45pm which is outside business hours…if sandwich’s can’t be made during off-peak hours…you can clearly tell they can’t keep up during peak hours. HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS….JANE AND FINCH LOCATION ALONG WITH WESTON AND 7 ARE YOUR OTHER OPTIONS IF YOU ACTUALLY WISH TO PURCHASE A SUB.

Read moreOrdered online via phone app on my boyfriend account. In total, three times they had messed up my sandwiches completely. I ordered the chicken pizziola with specific instructions on toppings and I received a regular pizza sub instead. Second time I ordered a tuna sandwich with specific instructions again.. that was quite simple (spinach, tomatoes and onions) and I ended up with lettuce, tomatoes and green peppers which I absolutely hated. With this order, I also added a subway melt which again was quite simple, I believe it was one of the ham sandwiches with cheese, chipotle sauce, spinach and tomatoes.. I ended up with ham, mayo and GREEN PEPPERS AGAIN. I am seriously not one to complain and often times just accept it as a innocent mistake on their end but I was just really disappointed the second time with two of my sandwiches.
I’ve ordered from this subway before in person and service is good reason why I’m rating it 2 stars instead of 1. Just for some odd reason whenever I ordered online, my sandwiches...

Came in after a great concert tried to order 2 subs never asked for them to be toasted, but the employee brahm who looked to be east indian had toasted it already I obviously asked for it to be remade as I didn’t want any of my cheese or meat melted and he was so so so RUDE beyond rude saying no my sub was not able to be remade. He told me I had to leave the store and I wasn’t allowed to order from there because he had already made the sandwich, even though I never asked for it to be toasted and when I asked for it to be remade no remade. I worked in customer service for years and in the food industry. Every time a customer isn’t happy with their food we remake it. This is just disappointing end to a great night, definitely would recommend driving the extra mile to avoid this subway and it’s awful,...
