I went there around 7:45 at night to grab a foot long as I had a coupon for it. I order my foot long on white with ham as my cold cut. As observing the girl working there helping the previous guest I seen she was new or just seemed that she didn’t want to work. As it came to my sub she wasn’t doing anything to subway standards to the amount of cold cuts on the sub to the amount of tomato’s that go on the sub. I did ask for bacon on my sub and she just grabbed a few pieces and threw it on as a clump on my sub. I was like that okay I can fix it. I asked for pickles usually they try and drain the pickle juice no she practically filled my sub with pickle juice. I got to the counter to pay I gave my coupon she said sorry I am new I do not know how to do this. I said okay no worries can you grab someone from the back to help with the process as there was a guest waiting to order their sub. She said it’s my first day and it’s only me. I was upset as how can subway or anyone leave someone brand new on their first day with a till of money and not know how to problem solve with guests. I asked for her to call her manager as this is just unacceptable and it still needs to be honoured. She didn’t understand anything we spoke to her “manager” on her personal phone for her manager to say it’s not her first day and we are not honouring the coupon as she isn’t trained and I’m not driving to the store. I said you know it’s okay I just won’t come back I used to come to this location 4-5 times a week never had a problem until now. This was just disgusting to deal with. Read moresoooo disappointed with this location. i love subway, the food is amazing. but the employees really impact my view of this store. i came here twice with my boyfriend and found the employees to be so rude and not very welcoming with customers. the second time that i came here which was last night around 10pm, the lady that was serving us named Nahida i believe, greeted us with a grumpy face. my boyfriend ordered a meatball marinara and i ordered a footlong egg salad. i wanted to add chicken strips in my sandwich and this lady told us that there would be an extra charge, i said okay sure. then she kept repeating how much the charge would be, and mind you she was raising her voice while telling me that.
