Hi Manager, today i went to store and I thought to make an online order which i did too but unfortunately i forgot to mention that i need veggie patties in my subway. So when i went to reception and ask her to put patty that time she declined. I even told her that i am ready to pay extra if required. But she answered rudely that” We cant make changes to Online order. Do you understand English”. Afterwards i requested her to give me patties separately. Moreover she doesnt even understand English. I have applied one coupon and in it it was written “1.99 for 6 Inch sub when you buy a footlong sub. (Buy any footlong sub, get a6 inch sub for $1.99)”. Again i told her to read it properly but she told me you have to take 2 Subways then you pay for 1 6inch and then you get 6 inch in $1.99. I cant see where it is written in the aforementioned lines. In addition to this, i told her to connect me with superior or manager and that lady connected me with the person who was an employee there at night shifts. I talked to that guy named DEEP and he told me that I am supervisor even though he is her friend and she made cleared with him that this all has happened. We argued for a while and he was ready to provide me with free subway obviously not free i have already paid for patties and Subway which i havent even picked and marked as picked up or delivered..Then i asked to her that did he tell you anything she rudely refused and said “If you want i will give and if not get out from the store” and lastly i wasted my money, mood and time on those guys for nothing. I hope you will take stringent action to both of them and teach them some customer service.
The worst experience ever had at subway with some stupids. Thankyou Have...
Read moreI am writing to share my recent experience at your Subway branch on the night of Tuesday, September 10th, at approximately 1:15 am. I have been a regular customer of Subway and have always enjoyed ordering the Veggie Patty sub. However, this particular visit left me disappointed. I requested a Veggie Patty sub and, as usual, asked the staff to spread the sauces in a zig-zag pattern. While the first sauce (mayo) was spread properly, the hot sauce was not spread evenly, despite my request. When I politely asked to have it spread properly, the staff member proceeded to add too much hot sauce, making the sub excessively spicy. Additionally, when I asked to grill the sub after adding only three sauces, he refused, stating that your branch does not allow grilling after adding sauce, even though other Subway locations do. When I finally got home and tried the sub, it was so overwhelmingly spicy that it was unpleasant to eat. I believe this situation could have been handled more professionally, and I request that the staff member working that night be given proper training on both sandwich preparation and customer service. I hope this feedback is helpful and look forward to a better...
Read moreI rarely, if ever comment on a store, but what garbage staff (yes, I used the word 'garbage' as an adjective). I have been in dozens of subways all across North America and never have I been faced with staff who are like the ones that work here.
I went in to the store three times over the last week and have been served by three different people. Every time, I am apathetically greeted and get either sighs or argument when placing my order as if they're doing me a favour that I should be extremely grateful for. They have given attitude, talked back, argued and had shown a complacency I haven't seen since Junior high school.
Customer service is as big or even a bigger part of the job then making the food. I have worked fast food before, In fact I have worked YEARS between an extremely busy McDonald's and management at a Burger King, and I get that it becomes hard sometimes, but this is ridiculous. And I'm apparently not the only one who thinks so.
I'm going to sent this comment to Subway Customer Service to pretty much show my disgust in...
