Traumatized! I have to make this review in hope that the lady I spoke to over the phone will read this. I was trying to place an order and I had to ask questions regarding the party size tray and their prices, I was shocked to be yelled at by this lady! Very very rude! Please know this lady, your words are so hard to understand due to your accent that’s why I had to ask the question again. It was hard to understand her and by the time I understood her, she was losing her cool and started yelling on the phone! It was the most traumatizing phone call I ever made to order from a restaurant. Just an advice, pls speak clearly next time. So u don’t get to be asked twice or thrice. I have no problem talking to other Chinese businesses when placing an order but her words was really hard for me to make out. And she was rude right away. I understand people have different accents. The pricing is good to cater for your party. HOWEVER few unfortunate things, please be careful and hopefully the owners are reading these reviews.

When you call to place your order, you should call to confirm your order the day before. Confirm any special requests and make sure they have it noted and do it. I asked for sauce to be separated from the fish filet and tofu. When we got our order, the fish and tofu were swimming in the sauce.

Make sure to reheat ALL food you received/ordered. Put it all in the oven to kill any bacteria and/or to ensure what you ordered is cooked well. We ordered yesterday and a number of people got diarrhea due to food poisoning. We can't pin point to exactly which dish we ordered that caused it, but please ensure for your own sake.
