Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Toronto

We ordered pizza from here last night and it was delivered with soft, almost raw dough. It was disgusting, and not like pizza you get anywhere else. Not even remotely crispy or hard anywhere. Soft, luke-warm, mushy and just not ready at all to have been delivered. We also had no power, nor did our entire neighborhood because of a fallen tree, and so we couldn't even cook the pizza. I decided to call the Bathurst location because we needed dinner, and after a bit too much back and forth about not having our receipt, or not calling soon enough, we ended up getting another pizza delivered which arrived about an hour later. It was barely cooked more and still soft after I had specifically asked for it to be crispy and well cooked ! Needless to say, won't be ordering from here any more...

Tried to get the $10 online deal of the day, however there's a $15 minimum purchase needed. So in other words there is no deal. With tax, delivery charge, and tip it will come to a total of around $20 anyways and they still refused to deliver. I called for an explanation but nobody speaks proper English, they then transferred me to there head office, and they hardly speak English eaither. If ur willing to go for a jog be my guest but they won't do the same for you. On top of all that the pizza is undercooked if u order online then walk in. Duck this over greasy establishment. They spray there pizza with Pam so it looks cooked. They shouldn't offer deals that they don't...
