No offense to the dairy industry, or to the Bovine Union, but the less milk product I ingest, the happier my body is. Man's ongoing quest to make a cheesecake without cheese is comparable to his desire to reach the stars. This company makes such a product in different flavors. In the interest of science, I tried them all. Several times. Until my family intervened and made me join a 12 step Program. They are not all equally good. The winner is the organic Blueberry which is as close to perfect as you can get. You can eat an entire cake by yourself when no one is looking (being hypothetical of course) or you can use the still-frozen cakes to bribe prison guards for a conjugal visit. Your choice. The other one that is awesome and amazing is the Cappucino but I caution -- here, the crust is too sweet for the cake. So diehard fans of this cake have been known to eat only the filling and leave the crust.(being hypothetical of course). If you are having a bad day, one of these is equivalent to a week's worth of Prozak. And if you are in an emergency, I warn they are hard to defrost quickly. Microwaving requies a deft touch or you end up in tears with...

Ordered keto chocolate chip cookie, peanut butter cookie and brownie. Got an extra chocolate chip cookie as a first order benefit. Keto chocolate chip cookies : Can't and wasn't expecting it to be same as normal sugary chocolate chip cookies. It's soft and chewy than crispy by the nature of it's ingredients. Some might like this texture better. Taste wise, It has chocolate chips on it. But it's mostly almond flavour. Keto brownies : My favorite! I am just so glad that I found this! It doesn't have the after taste from sugar substitute. Soft, still fudge. Especially like the dark chocolate flavour as in it's not too sweet as normal, sugar bombed brownies. Haven't tried the peanut butter cookie, but considering how nutty the chocolate chip cookie was, I think I will like peanut butter better than chocolate chip cookies. Thanks for the best taste and being healthy at the same time!! I will try the keto buns next time. So excited!!! PS. Actually, I wonder if you heard about Better Bagels from the states. They don't sell in Canada and hoping to find something similar or even better stuff with 0 carb and high...

Hello Sweets From The Earth....I have a complaint but I'm giving 5 stars as I absolutely love and adore all of your products. Being gluten free however, I've always wanted a good classic chocolate chip cookie, and I really dislike oat flakes in it...takes the whole traditional feeling out of it, no gf choco-chip cookie recipe has it...I always feel sad that the gluten free version has oat flakes, while the nut-free-wheat-cookies don't. It'd be great if the oat flakes within the gluten free cookies were removed from the recipe. It'd make it more similar to that of a classic chocolate chip cookie and the nut free wheat version. Doing so would improve the texture and quality greatly...and an increase in purchases...well, especially by me! Thank you so much. P.S Can melted vegan butter or coconut solidified oil be used to create these cookies...or is palm oil so vital to the texture as well? Thank you for everything...And more choco chips are always better in gluten-free too...! Can't wait till you wonderful people release some vegan ice cream flavors for ice cream cake and ice cream...
