Fresh Burrito — Restaurant in Toronto

I usually avoid commercialized Mexican fusion food chain stores but I decided to give this one a try as I was close by. I asked for a small fried fish burrito bowl. For $14 you would expect a generous portion and decent quality ingredients if not the bare minimum. Unfortunately, they fell short on that. They have bare minimum ingredient selections to choose from compared to other similar fast-serve fusion Mexican chains. The amount of shredded cheese they loaded in my bowl was laughably little. When I requested them to put just a bit more, they said it's an extra charge. I decided to still give them the benefit of doubt but when I started eating, I realized the fish was mostly undercooked. By that time I had already reached home so I saw no point in going back to the store. In terms of customer service, they really need to up their game. All it takes is just a smile and being friendly/courteous. Having earpods on while taking order from customers is something that should be more frowned upon. Sure I do understand that often such cashiers get overwhelmed by their demanding work leaving them with lower work spirit, and I feel them as I have previously worked in the customer service industry for years as well. All it takes is basic human courtesy and friendliness especially working in a customer facing environment. Perhaps the franchise/business owner needs to pay more attention to their care and/or pay them...

Great store,clean store,fresh veggies, The girl jigisha she was amazing i visited yesterday to have food with my family, Jigisha was amazing, She gave us great service,always kept smiling throughout the making process,very calm and understandable that how we want our bowls and wrap,great job,great customer service, great customer attention, great greetings ,she was nicely doing her job trying to keep up with store even she was by herself. The owner of this store should really appreciate her job ..we had a great time,great service great food...ohh food our wraps n bowls very too delicious i have been to 50 different location in past 4 yrs i had a very delicious food at this location she tooked her time to build our wraps n bowls and she made it very delicious..i am bery overwhelmed by this type of service....great staff, OWNER OF THIS LOCATION please give good perks to your staff specifically that...
