Swiss Chalet Express — Restaurant in Toronto

Family has eaten at swiss chalet for many years decided to pick up dinner for the family before taking the subway home was not happy first the first young guy taking my order kept doing what he wanted on the order and laughing, along with 2 other employees til i told him straight out to remove the sweet chili sauce off my order unless he wanted to send me to the er im allergic he didnt bother asking me anything til he got to the sides question then instead of asking if that was all i wanted to order he tried to rush me into paying til i told him i had more to order. i had to demand he fix a few things he did himself on the order. Never again i will be sticking to my regular one on oconnor you need better customer service. Will update this when i get home and check the condition on my food but so far not impressed 👎

I went by this location located at pape Station for the first time, and ordered the 2 can dine for $19.99. And by my surprise I was greatly disappointed, bc I've eaten at alot of Swiss chalet restaurants before and never once had I ever have to give a bad review before, so I'm not happy having to give this one, however I needed to give it, just to allow ppl to be aware. So as I said I ordered the 2 can dine for $19.99 , i ordered the quarter chicken with Cesar salad as a side , and when I got home, the salad was very wilted and tasted disgusting, I was extremely upset over it bc what I ordered I did not receive, the salad wasn't even Cesar it was garden salad with a side packet of cesar dressing, no croutons no fresh salad nothing. The chicken was very cold and didn't taste like I remembered from Swiss chalet. I was completely disappointed and will not be returning to this location. What a waste of...

Don’t ever get the side Caesar salad. You get about a leaf’s worth of lettuce, a little spit of cheese, and about twice the amount of croutons and sauce in ratio to the lettuce. The way it looked on the website was so full of lettuce and reality is much different. Very disappointing.

Update: Swiss Chalet offered 10$ off my next order with them to apologize for the salad. That’s their answer for everything: here, have a coupon so you can go through our awful service and food again! How nice.
