Terminal 3 📍 3337 Lake Shore Blvd W, Etobicoke, ON M8W 1M9 Visited: Multiple times Rating: 4.5/5 Drinks Ordered: Cappuccino, Spanish Latte, Yuzu Espresso Tonic

First Impressions
Terminal 3 is tucked inside a charming old brick building that appears to have once been a residential home. The interior is compact but thoughtfully organized and clean. On my first visit, the customer service felt a bit distant, but the excellent quality of the coffee made me return—and every visit since has been a positive one.

Coffee Quality
I’ve tried several drinks here over time, including the Spanish latte, cappuccino, and yuzu espresso tonic. I also purchased their Colombian Pink Bourbon beans in the past (now unavailable online), which were exceptional. • Espresso: Smooth and layered with a complex, fruity finish • Milk Texture: Silky and well-frothed • Beans: Roasted in-house by Terminal 3
Each drink is crafted with precision and care. The fruity undertones in the espresso make these beans some of my personal favorites in the city.

Ambience & Amenities • Wi-Fi: Available • Outlets: Yes • Seating: Limited indoor seating; a seasonal patio offers a relaxed outdoor option • Atmosphere: Calm and unpretentious
I usually grab a coffee to-go and take a stroll in nearby Humber Park, just a short walk away.

Overall
Terminal 3 is a true hidden gem in Etobicoke. The coffee is consistently high-quality, and the rotating drink options keep things interesting. If you’re in the area, it’s well...
Read moreEdited to a 1 star review. Product is ok but the staff are pretentious and criticize personal tastes of others. When we asked for a customized order, the barista let us know very rudely that “their espresso shouldn’t be mixed with anything else”, while also offering a yuzu espresso tonic on the menu which seems pretty hypocritical. Sure, I love a good recommendation and understand when customizations can’t be made due to product pride - but drop the condescending and rude tone please.
I previously had left a 4 star review here which I think is a pretty good rating, but then these people then took the time to find me on Instagram and ask why I left them a negative review. So dramatic, unnecessary and uncalled for. Felt like I was being stalked.
EDITING review again, since I can’t reply to your comments here: I understand that my fiancé’s request was unique and could not be fulfilled because you respect your product. But next time just say you can’t do it, without the condescending tone. That’s all I’m saying here, and I’m getting excuses and gaslighting replies back. I’ve honestly very rarely left negative reviews on businesses (this is my second) but this non-acceptance of a genuine review is a lot.
The espresso here is great, the...

Update in response to the owner’s comment:
Thank you for your reply. I understand that your drinks are designed with a specific concept in mind. However, I requested a straw not to challenge that concept, but simply because I was about to drive and needed a practical way to consume the drink safely with the lid you provided.
Your staff refused my request even after I clearly explained the reason, and instead chose to demonstrate how I should drink it without a straw - which, in this case, was unrealistic and unhelpful. This felt more dismissive than supportive.
On top of that, my order was prepared incorrectly, and I had to wait again for the cappuccino. While mistakes happen, the combination of a rigid refusal and the order error left a disappointing impression.
Ultimately, it felt like your team prioritized a rigid principle and cost-saving over a basic and reasonable customer request. That one straw - which was visibly available at the counter - was treated as more valuable than the comfort and satisfaction of a paying customer. Ironically, if your concern was cost, it’s worth considering that the price of a straw is far less than the cost of losing...
