I decided to try this place out because I received a takeout menu in the mail for this new location which so happened to be nearby. The staff were so kind and accommodating when I ordered over the phone and when I picked up my food in person. I really appreciated the fact that they let me change the Spicy Thai noodles to have broccoli instead of peppers at no extra charge. We Ordered: - Spring Rolls - Mango Salad - 2 x Chicken Pad Thai - Spicy Thai Noodles ( aka Pad Kee Mao ) our bill was around $50ish The Spring Rolls were so large & filling, the Mango Salad was fresh & delicious, The Spicy Thai noodles had such a great spicy basil flavour, they really hit the spot just right. Unfortunately the Chicken Pad Thai dish was my least favourite. There were no vegetablessuch as green sprouts or green onions and it really lacked sauce so much so that when I took it out of the container the the noodles were completely stuck together and dry. I think I would like to try this place again but I don't think I will be ordering the Pad Thai dish any time soon.

Although the food here was phenomenal, I cannot say the same about the service. I expected better. Dine-in was so painfully slow that I witnessed the other three in our party (Mom, Aunt, and her friend) be served their meal 20 minutes before mine even arrived at the table. The flavor profile of the Pad Thai was spot on with subtle undertones of tamarind. I realize the establishment has limited seating, and they are doing their best, but the ambiance is rather cold, stuffy, and I felt rushed. Maybe take-out next time.

Got the weekday lunch special for $13.50 plus tax, basil chicken option. Comes with a side of rice, vegetable tom yum soup and spring roll + sauce. Decent variety for the price, but the taste itself was overall a bit disappointing: staff wasn’t very polite and the food was quite salty both times I’ve been here, especially the soups (can taste the sheer amount of MSG added). Spring roll and sauce was good though, would pick two rolls over the soup if you’re planning on getting the lunch deal.

Very shady. Their prices on the website are much cheaper than in-store. When we ordered, they refused to honour the online price (even though we showed it to them). The prices on their signage in-store was also very inconsistent (on the sign outside the daily special was listed as 14.00 and inside it was listed as 13.50- we ordered this item and were obviosuly charged the more expensive price). The staff was very rude also. When we asked to speak to the manager or whoever was in charge, the person was conveniently away for a week. Due to the inconsistency in pricing and rude staff we asked for our order to be cancelled (before they had even started cooking) and for our refund. They initially refunded our money but shorted 5$ because they "could not refund the tax." We eventually got this money back and as we left, the man operating the front of store was mocking us and calling after us with obscenities. Not a pleasant experience. It definitely felt like a bait and...

The worst Thai food I’ve ever had. Honestly 0 stars. I’ve been to multiple Thai places around Toronto and around the world (including Thailand). I’ve never in my life needed to throw out food but we threw out 5 whole dishes of food tonight. No one could stomach the taste. We called the restaurant only to be met with rude comments asking whether we “have ever had Thai food” and was left without resolution. The pad Thai was over cooked, bland and only consisted of the sauce, overcooked noodles and the chicken. Absolutely disgusting. The green curry was spoiled and did not taste like green curry at all. The Thai basil tasted and looked nothing like Thai basil. And the rice paper on the fresh spring rolls were interesting to say the least. I’m convinced all their good reviews are from family and friends because there is NO way this is ok. I’ve never had to spit out food and throw it out IN MY LIFE. This was completely unacceptable and not worth anyone’s money. Avoid this place...
