Town Wings — Restaurant in Toronto

Wings are low quality and overpriced. Owner is focusing on extracting every single penny on a single order while losing customers. Won't be back. Ordered 1lb wings and asked for a small paper cup for some water for the dog. After getting the food noticed I was charged 0.50 for the tiny paper cup. When I asked about the charge I was told that the owner had given directions for the charge. The very pleasant and professional server agreed I shouldn't be charged for it but said he had no choice as it was the owner that had directed them to charge for it. Have been going there since they first opened. In the last 6-8 months their quality has gone downhill quite a bit. The grease isn’t changed as much as it should, fries have been dry the gravy seems to be chunky On our last 8 Orders !!! They haven’t gotten it right not once, always missing something and don’t ever try an get well done wings they have no clue how to make a crispy wing. Seems as they got more popular they stopped caring about loyal customers. I’m sad to remove them from our list, but @ an average of $55 for our dinner I’d like our orders done right. Sure Uber refunds you some $$, but it’s not worth the hassles when we want to eat after waiting 45-75mn...

Ordered jalapeno poppers and crispy chicken wrap from them through uber eats. Jalapeno poppers were very good. Then i bit into the chicken wrap and had to immediately spit it out. When i opened the wrap the lettuce was rotten. I dont just mean wilted or brown. I mean it tasted rotten and was completely gooey and rotten. All the lettuce in the wrap was like that. Had to take it all out to eat it. Once i got to the 2nd half i couldnt even remove it anymore because the nasty taste of the lettuce had gotten on the chicken. Dont risk getting sick...
