Well let me tell you, our experience was certainly NOT friendly. The apparent “manager” of this location was blatantly rude and arrogant to my boyfriend who paid for the food we ordered. He brought in cash as it was an option when we ordered online, and we had some on hand.

My boyfriend pulled out the cash to pay and the lady replies with “seriously?!” With a rude tone. She then scoffed and went to go get a wipe to sanitize the money. My boyfriend was caught off guard as she was being completely arrogant.

She then proceeded to tell him how she has a lung condition and using cash puts her at risk since she “could die from the virus”. Which was interesting to hear as apparently not a single person in the establishment was wearing a mask, not the kitchen staff nor this woman. Had she of been so concerned about safety perhaps she would have followed government protocol and worn a mask in a public space.

My boyfriend felt completely uncomfortable. He then said if it is such an issue I will pay by card, and which she then replied again with “Seriously!?”

I was so aghast at the customer service that I called into the store afterward. My boyfriend couldn’t believe the service he just received. I explained how I was not happy with the service and how I didn’t appreciate her rudeness. She would not even let me speak, proceeded to say that she “has amazing customer service” and then slammed the phone down in my ear without letting me speak.

Completely HORRIFIC customer service. I can’t believe that in a time like this people have not learned to treat everyone with respect. I will not be a returning customer and I believe that there should be repercussions for...

I've had great experiences with the food in the past with their delivery service. But today, let me tell you how horrible it was with the customer service at the actual restaurant. Myself and my girlfriend's first experience entailed calling prior to ordering and we were told there were quite a few vegan friendly options. Now, for some reason there are little to hardly one or two based off of what one of the waitresses said. We were told that there is "fish sauce" and non-vegan ingredients in the SPICE! Yes, the spices used to make most of the meals. Complete and utter bs, it felt like she had a grudge against vegans. We initially ordered the Appetizer Platter asking if we can get the rolls with no egg and she put our order in. 1 minute later another waitress tells us they use egg to adhere the rolls together and so she went and told the waitress to cancel the order. The first waitress then comes out of the kitchen, very condensendingly asking if we are vegan, we reply yes, and then she goes on to say the comment above, basically telling us that we can't and we shouldn't eat here because "they are not a RAW vegan restaurant". We didn't ask for you to be a vegan restaurant, we simply asked if there were eggs in the spring rolls. That's it. For the vegans out there, STAY AWAY. People with allergies and food sensitivities... STAY AWAY. There is way too much miscommunication, lack of knowledge and ignorance here, imagine someone who is allergic to egg, orders the spring roll and asks for no egg, only to find out there is egg used to adhere the roll together. I have two only two words for that. LAW...

Do not order after 4pm . This place lacks management. I order satay chicken like I always do . And got home and in the huge bags they give you there was was 2 sticks of meat no rice no veg. I called them and they told me I didn't say dinner. Well the menue only says satay and that's what I read and always said when ordering durung the day abd they have a rcord of what i order .well in short they wanted me to pay for another order and charge me delivery. Horrible service. The girl with the blonde hair that works in the day is a delight to deal with. In short I'll be trying the new Thai restaurant down the st on queen st east for evening meals and so will my sister's family and my friends. With the high cost of running a busniss in toronto this is no way in treating paying customers. In the end I want nothing for free I just want what I pay for period. Now let's open huge bag number 2 and see if it's right. Ill let you you know how this new...

We were passing by this little Thai Restaurant and weren't sure if we should give it a try as google reviews gave it a 3.9 star rating (02.09.2024). But the restaurant looked nice and we were greeted really friendly so we stayed. We really liked the Satay Chicken and the Chicken rice noodles but also the beef with veggies was really nice. The portions were absolutely enough. I wanted to make a foto of the Satay Chicken but we ate it before I could make one.. twice!! We want to help this underrated restaurant with a good review as we had a really pleasant stay. Thank you!

Follow @bredgyeats for more food photos! Pad Thai, but not exactly your typical version. Noodles are quite soft and lack a satisfying chew, but portions are quite generous. Includes a mix of chicken, tofu and pork that are cooked well, and still moist. Curry/coconut milk flavour is rich and pronounced, but still has a slight sweetness and acidity. The roasted peanuts also add a nice depth of flavour and contrast in textures. Comes with a lime inside too.

you did not fail to impress me every bite I have taken and currently taken is worth the price without a doubt you followed my order notes with the extra peanuts 4/5 star rating for my experience I did find the dish to be missing a little bit of sauce but other than that this was really really good! (please forgive me that is not the whole portion I only thought to take a photo while eating LOL)
