I've been coming here often and overall has been a good experience until today, ordered 4 hash browns along with two drinks and a donut, I got everything and waiting for the hashbrowns, I waited around 8 minutes for my order and saw them taking out hashbrowns so I was hoping to get my order and leave but the wait ended up being another 8-10 minutes and I finally asked what's going on with my order because they're preparing orders that came after me only for them to tell me they only have two hashbrowns and if I wanted wedges instead of the other two hashbrowns and I got upset, why would you wait to tell you don't have enough hashbrowns when you first realized it? Then I told the guy to refund me the two hashbrowns and I'll take the two they had, he clearly didn't listen since he refunded all four and I realized that was the case after the refund went through, asked him why he would refund me all four when I said ill take the two and refund the other two, he proceeds to turn around and prepare someone else's order and another cashier comes to serve the next person and I'm there standing like an idiot.. The guy comes back and I ask why would they start serving somebody else and if they weren't going to at least fulfil half my order and he tells me they don't have anymore hashbrowns because he just gave it to somebody else. Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location due to the manager, Raazia. She handles food very poorly, raising serious food safety concerns. I’ve noticed a lack of proper hygiene while preparing and serving food, which is extremely concerning. On top of that, her attitude towards customers is rude and unprofessional. When I approached her, she dismissively said, ‘What do you want?’—a way of addressing a customer that is both rude and unprofessional. There was no empathy or respect in her tone, making the experience even more unpleasant.
Because of this, I have lost trust in this location and will not be returning. I would rather pay extra at Starbucks and receive good customer service than deal with this kind of treatment. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes necessary...

She then continued into the back and was on the phone. Then walked out on the phone and started using the screen. Again, no issue.
