i feel for the employees, it’s not entirely their fault but they are consistently give the wrong orders to people when it’s not even busy. did a mobile order for a bagel belt and walked in and there’s a lady ripping apart the bagel and asking for a new one, and then the worker realizes it was the mobile order (mine). she then demanded another bagel and she gave her the next one that came out, in this case she should’ve given me the order since mine was destroyed by a customer. they just give it to whoever they think is going to have a fit, which isn’t fair to the nice customers. same situation where i ordered on sandwich, and lady behind me ordered the same one plus a drink, and when the sandwich came out, the lady behind me took the sandwich and got pissed at the employee asking where the rest of the order was. the employee told her it wasn’t her order. the managers or owners should implement a number or a name system so customers stop stealing each others orders and it doesn’t put the employees in an awkward position deciding who to give the...
Read moreLost 2 stars out of the 5 in my opinion. 1) not enough employees and 2) the fact that you have to ask for the bathroom key like in a New Mexico gas station. This place gets busy several times a day (like any other coffee shops) and I've never seen more than 2 employees working here. They are doing a great job but they can't serve customers, keep the place clean, and handle the bathroom key at the same time. The tables and seats are almost always dirty but you can grab a napkin from the pick-up area and wipe them yourself. This place would be so much better if it had more employees. They have an 'okay' amount of outlets for charging but you'll need to have long cables to reach some of them.
Update: If you are a new customer, they will probably ask you to leave something behind if you want to pick up the bathroom key. This is good, because they want to make sure that you return the key but I'm not sure if they are legally allowed to take your mobile phone or ID or anything. I gave them my presto card, but this system needs...
Read moreI visited this Tim Hortons today and had multiple issues during my order: The staff member preparing my potato wedges touched my food after handling meat items like sausage and turkey with the same gloves creating serious cross‑contamination concerns, especially as I’m vegetarian. My bagel was supposed to be toasted but came burnt on the edges and cold in the middle, clearly undercooked. I ordered a strawberry quencher, but was given a peach quencher instead. This is not the only Tim Horton that do cross contamination. Also when I got my wedges it was not cooked enough and was cold inside , this was careless service and poor food quality. I left feeling upset and disappointed. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and that staff receive retraining on hygiene, order accuracy, and basic...
