I walked in to order, the person just before me walked away. I could see 3 people behind the counter chatting away in their language (not English obviously) not a single person bothered to greet me. After many minutes of waiting (I was trying to politely wait to be served), a 4th employee stepped up to the other side of the register. Before greeting me or taking my order the senior staff to my right tell him in English "Rita just arrived, she is waiting outside", so he rudely walks away without saying a word. By now 4 people had seen me and not a single one cares to take my order, I decided to leave the facility and go to another location. Manager of this location needs corporate training and if Rita is an employee of some sort, she should be fired, basically she dropped off one box to the location and couldn't get out of her care to do but instead took another employee away from their responsibilities. Read moreDuring a recent visit to a Tim Hortons branch located within a petrol station (1493 Finch Ave W), I was appalled to witness flies landing on donuts displayed for sale while I was eating one myself and waiting for my coffee. The sight was both shocking and deeply unsettling, raising serious concerns about the hygiene and food safety standards at this location. The realization that I may have consumed a contaminated product was disturbing enough for me to stop visiting this branch altogether. As a long-time customer, I find this completely unacceptable.

The manager however a filipino lady is very aggressive, there is ways to talk to your staffs and customers. I work in management so seeing how she handles omission mistake is disrespectful. Whoever you are you were extremely demeaning to your staff and us too. She literally snatched the wrong order off my partner rather than ask politely to see.
