I recently visited Check-In Corner again, and every time I go, itâs such a pleasant experience. Not only is the food great, but the atmosphere is also really relaxed and welcoming.
This time, I tried their Thai Milk Tea and Mango Shake both were fantastic! The Thai Milk Tea had a rich, authentic tea flavor with just the right level of sweetness. Itâs rare to find such a traditional tasting Thai Milk Tea in Toronto, and this one really hits the spot.
The Mango Shake was definitely the highlight! The mango was fresh and had a nice bite to it. Combined with the sweet, tangy, and slightly salty flavor from the fish sauce and a subtle chili kick, the overall taste was rich and layered â super addictive. I was amazed the first time I tried it, and Iâm happy to say the quality is just as good on my second visit.
What makes the place even more fun is that they have claw machines and cute little merchandise in-store. So after enjoying your drinks and snacks, you can stick around, play a bit, snap some photos, and just hang out. Itâs a great spot whether youâre meeting up with friends or on a casual date.
Overall, Check-In Corner isnât just about good food, the whole vibe shows they really care about creating a fun and thoughtful experience. Definitely worth a visit if youâre looking for something chill, tasty, and a little different...
Read moreUpdate: let me clarify, I originally inquired about the Vietnamese coffee, and if it can be made with, milk, alternatives, such as oat milk, almond milk, or coconut milk. And the person at the counter didnât understand milk alternatives. So I end up ordering a lychee green tea, which tasted like it came from a can lychee. Iâve been drinking bubble tea since the early 2000s and I think I know the difference between using syrup and canned lychee To the owner, excuse me if you donât know the quality of your own ingredients. And publicly lashing out at a complaint means you have very poor customer service. Original review: The person at the counter didnât understand dairy free alternatives, such as coconut milk, oat milk, or almond milk. I got a lychee green tea, bubble tea, and it tasted like it...
Read moreOrder 3 drink through uber, i think because i ordered from last minutes so it wasn't made probably. Black tea crema came with tapioca, which is it should be as description never include it which is i never ask for any topping now i have to wnd up waste it cause i don't like the tapioca taste. The black milk tea didn't come as items described, and non of drink have label of which is which. If you guy think that you won't be making the drink as normally nearly the closing time then you should closed uber a bit earlier to take care of drink quality. Not mean to be disrespectful but just an adviced to the store to be change better and you all want to order nearly closing time should consider if you don't want your money...
