Thurs., 26th of September ( around 1:00 pm) I decided to go to Tim Horton's coffee shop to buy the breakfast deal. Before I order I ask the lady if the $3 BREAKFAST DEAL is available. She responded yes. But to my dismay she didn't understand what I ask her. She asked me if I need a coffee and I have to buy it. I told her that before I ordered I asked her clearly if it is available. I tried to be calm and mindful but I noticed she is raising her voice. Read moreThis is the most inefficient Tim Hortons that I have been too. The food and drinks taste fine, but the service is RIDICULOUSLY SLOW. I've been to many Timmies on many university campuses and they are all efficient and get through their lines pretty fast so there is really no excuse. Service is crummy. Depending on who is serving you, the attitude you receive can range from apathetic to downright hostile. My order was made slowly, made sloppily, and I had to take it back to reach typical timmies quality.
