Update October 27/2022:
Well it continues to get worst again..... I don't think the staff can handle the pressure. Orders need to be repeated 4-5 times over and over again. They are very unorganized and untrained to properly handle the window and orders. They were improving but it is sliding back down again. "Large two cream" should not need to be repeated 4 time before it is entered correctly. Had to take away a star hoping to see the management team take responsibility and put in some better effort as it will give you more business!!! Also please have garbage bins for cups available!!!
Update July 5th/2022:
Okay so after many months I feel like they are putting in some effort and things are slowly improving. The people taking your order still can't seem to hear properly even when speaking clearly. I need to repeat "large coffee two cream" 2 - 3 times before they understand on average. So please check the speaker and mic setup to make sure it is working clearly as it gets frustrating dealing with it over and over. I am raising my 1 star review to a 3 star and hoping to continue to increase as you improve.
I wish I could give them a better rating but I simply cannot... they are the worst of ALL the Tim's that I deal with on a normal basis. They are inside a gas station but offer no outside garbage bins at the drive through. The person taking the order has absolutely no manners and no concept of how to take orders. As a customer you always feel unsure that they understand what you are asking and rarely do they type in the order to see it on the screen so that you know they understand what you ordered. I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident that occurred at your restaurant. I had visited your drive-thru today and ordered a few items, including the habanero crispy chicken wraps. However, to my dismay, the chicken in the wraps was raw.
Upon discovering this, I approached the crew member who had taken my order and informed her of the issue. However, to my surprise, she displayed a bad attitude. Her name is Raman.
Also, Upon placing my order, I was met with a rude and unprofessional attitude. Not only did she seem disinterested in taking my order, but she also made several snide comments that were completely uncalled for. When I attempted to express my dissatisfaction with her behaviour, she responded with a dismissive and unapologetic attitude, saying that she didn't care even if I complained about her.
As a loyal customer of Tim Hortons, I expect a certain level of professionalism and courtesy from your staff. I am extremely disappointed that this was not the case during my recent visit. I believe that this kind of behaviour is unacceptable and should not be tolerated in any workplace.
I would appreciate it if you could take the necessary steps to address this issue and ensure that your staff are trained to provide excellent customer service at all times. I hope that you can take the appropriate action to ensure that this kind of behaviour does not happen again in the future.

Read moreThis location is notorious for providing bad customer service. Drive-thru always takes longer than usual. After placing mobile orders on numerous occasions, the people working there have a hard time finding the mobile orders on their system and the people working there have no problem lying to me and telling me food items will be done in 10 or 30 seconds, when it really took them 3 minutes to prepare some of my orders. Fact is, stop being dishonest.
A complaint was filed to Tim Hortons and a person named Linda (did not introduce herself, concealed her title/position) called me 3 days later after filing the complaint. She explains how the mobile orders processes works. But I've told her that the issue is the lying that comes from the staff. She says she will talk to them about it. She did not offer any compensation even when it was told to her that the incompetence of the staff there had made me late to work. She had no sympathy...
