Pizza Nova — Restaurant in Toronto

I specifically ordered a specialty pizza and when it was done they showed it to me, but it didn't look right. So I asked the guy why. The pizza guy said that he charged me for a walk in special price and that's why it didn't look the same. I then said, but I never asked for a walk in special, I ordered a Brushetta White Pizza? I even told him I would have paid more if that was the case as the specialty pizza was what I 'asked' for. I never even made mention of a walk in.

But honestly....Even before I inquired about it.... I knew he charged me correctly for it on my receipt as I have ordered it before and I know what this pizza looks like.

What I dont like is that this location tried to get away saying I ordered a walk in version but when I confronted him on it he offered to fix it. I was so annoyed I left. (If I have an area where I could provide a picture of the receipt and the pizza I got i will upload)

Pizza Nova is normally good, but I'm not sure if this particular location is money hungry. I have a feeling that they cheap out on the pizza they make to see they can get away with it. It is sad because they will lose customers fast.

On a side note while reading the other reviews on this site, I noticed that one guy mentioned that he felt he was charged more than what was on the board. Well, I don't doubt it. I won't go to this franchise...

Hey guys. I been to many pizza novas, dare I say the wide majority of the ones in Toronto. Of all my pizza novas overall experiences in my entire, this location is 6015 Steeles avenue east has stood out the most. The customer service was extremely refreshing and pleasant. There were 2 individuals here who created the best experience I have ever gotten at a pizza nova. They were indulged to help me create the exact order I truly wanted. They were patient, kind, helpful, respectful and they made a damn AMAZING pizza here. If you guys are choosing between pizza places around you, save yourself the time and come straight here. Tanjot and Jeevan helped me today and I haven’t been happier and I haven’t ate a pizza this good in a long time. If I could put a 10 star review I would. okay listen to all the people who might buy from here. Bought a veggie slice today and that one review about the very thin slices is 100% true. i should have listened. Like i loved this spot and the last time i got slices was last month. But idk what happened today, maybe they are cutting costs and not really making proper pizza? like it was hard too after heating it up and not the good crunchy type hard. idk what happened but please take this feedback seriously. It is not worth 8$ for a slice + dip anymore because it's so thin and doesn't fill you up at all, this is due to cost cutting. I don't care about your automated reply saying thanks for feedback it is all fake unless you change your pizza back to how it was. despite this, it is not the workers fault probably, might be a management decision. so the service was...
