Went in on a Monday, March 4 around noon to order a drink. The female barista was in no way welcoming or showing any customer service skills. I said “hi”, she doesn’t say hi and just looks at me like I shouldn’t have walked into the store. She doesn’t say thank you or anything. She puts my drink on the pickup order aggressively and doesn’t say anything like have a good day . The vibes I was getting from this staff seemed like she didn’t want to be there and I shouldn’t have went to the store. I’m sure this isn’t the image that Chatime wants to create for its customers and don’t understand how people who clearly have attitude/zero customer service skills are getting hired. Shame on this girl - she wears glasses - who treated me SO SO poorly upon putting SOOO much ice in my drink. When I went to ask her to fix it for me, she gave me so much attitude and said if I do it for you, I have to do it for others. I wasn’t asking her to do anything unreasonable for me? It was their mistake for putting SOOO much ice in my drink. She flushed down the drain one quarter of my drink even after taking out ALL the ice and gave me so much attitude throwing things like a piece of cloth and others so roughly - the owner should check the cameras if they work. Read moreThe female staff working on July 1 at 2:40pm could use some training on customer service. She pushed my order of 3 drinks and 2 tarts over the counter and walked away. I asked if I could get a bag or a tray, she replied in the most annoyed and condescending tone “we don’t do trays and bags are 25 cents.” Then she walked away again. I wonder if she represents Chatime in her poor customer service and people skills. Also, if you are going charge 25 cents per bag, please notify customers by posting this in store.
