Worst place and worst customer service. I went to tim Hortons on sept 15th, 2021 around 6 and ordered crispy ranch wrap the patty was old or they did not cook it properly it was so hard. I went again around 10:30 the lady said we dont have wraps right now. Come tomorrow and will give you fresh wrap and she asked me what time i will come tomorrow. I said around 6:30pm. Next day i could not get time to there so i went there around 9:30 on sept 16th. The cashier who make side bun quickly recognize me and said you said you will come around 6:30. I told you keep wraps until 10 i could not get time to come at 6:30 now i am here. She called her manager her name is simran. She asked me what happened i told her the story and told her this happened to me 3rd time i never complain before and i just threw the food before now i need my food fresh well done cook patty for few more minutes. Simran did not wanted to bake the fresh patty and she said patty is fresh. I said but i need fresh she said i will grill it for few more seconds. I said ok. She also said to me try first if it is hard this time too will give you fresh food. I did not want to bother her more afterall it is just a wrap and i can understand how hard it is to work at a fast food restaurant. I sat on a chair so i can try there food. Simran thought i left because she did not saw me sitting in the dinning area. She was laughing and making fun of me how i said fresh patty and she grill my wrap for 30 seconds more. She was telling to another cashier his name is vikram. I listened to their whole conversation and went to her and said i knew what you did but i did not bother you more thats y whatever you gave me i accepted it. My wrap patty is still hard and old. You can keep the wrap and i dont want new now.
She said i make you new wrap(by using same patty) i said i told you well done. She said i will bake it for 30 seconds more. She took 2 patties from the container did not use tong or and container held my patty in her hand and was going to the kitchen. I called her i said i told you i need fresh well done. I dont want wrap thank you. Said said i will make you fresh wrap it will take 15 minutes i said no thank you and i left She said i will make you fresh i said ok and never went back. Horrible...
Read moreThey were a little busy. Service was very slow. It took 5 employees to find a receipt for a customer who was at the cash beside mine. My steeped tea and muffin were perfect. Noticed that many of the donuts in the showcase were dipped on the wrong side of the donut. There was a staff cleaning cash areas, but after each guest. This location has a sign saying 24 hrs, but we have gone there late at night/very early morning and gotten no service because no one answers to take your order. This location has problems. A year later, and this location still has issues. The service is very poor. Some staff barely understand English. There were a few staff working the drive through, no one working the restaurant side. I finally asked why no one was serving myself and the 4 people in line behind me. The sandwich maker called to the kitchen for a girl to come out, and one did. I had to tell her my order 3 times. She got my lg steeped tea (no sleeve) and lg black coffee (with sleeve) and walked away to start an order for the 2 people working the drive through, even though she hadn't finished with me or the rest of the line in the restaurant. I stopped her and asked if she could please finish serving me before she started other orders. She looked blankly at me and said "you're needing something ". Yes please, the muffin that I paid for and a sleeve for my hot tea. She got them, came back and handed them to me and went back to helping the drive through, ignoring her in house line up. Read moreI wish I could give this Tim Hortons a zero rating. My office building is close by and there is no other coffee shop close to me. Whenever I do go there, without a doubt, they ALWAYS get the order wrong or don't understand what you're ordering. For example, I asked for a coke and 1. the employee didn't even know what it was and 2. didn't know where it was (which was right beside the donuts and pastries) so I had to tell her where it was before she started walking to the back.
Today I had to repeat my order FIVE times to TWO cashiers as they just started punching in whatever they thought I wanted. I legit had to walk them through what to punch in, one line at a time. I decided to try the new bowls and when I got back to my office, I only then realized they only put one piece of lettuce and the rest was all rice.
I've seen the manager pop out from his hiding spot in the back once or twice and even if there's a super long line and people are clearly waiting to be served and there's employees just standing there, no one INCLUDING THE MANAGER won't even think to help.
I've been working in the same building for over 15 years and I never once at a problem with the Country Style that used to be there.
