I am going here for last 6 years since I live in the same place in my Canadian journey. But slowly I have seen how service can be so deteriorated. It used to handled by school or high school students with full of politeness and top customer service but day by day it was overtaken by brown skin like me for whom customer service is the least important thing only survival money is main thing. Also franchises are owned by south Asian or south East Asian so employee has to from there . So l have seen everything from here but now it worst. The people working here are the lost warriors in their life and surviving pay cheque to pay cheque with zero customer service ; they are no longer the high school students who are preparing for future. In Canada this is whole picture due to illegal immigration, illegal refugee and so-called students. This morning I went there to get a coffee and one lady took my order with zero interest of selling things. I got my coffee and waiting for my snack . I asked another lady with mask and she asked me back what are we waiting for and I said a snack and my wife showed that to her but she again asked my what then I said why don’t you ask your colleague or see the receipt. Then she all of sudden shouted at me like literally. I was kind out of control because it was so astonishing. I shouted to her that why you are behaving that with me (I know I shouldn’t shout to a lady) she was continuously saying something. Then one African Canadian guy came and he was saying you shout she shout now it’s even and when asked for manager and asked his name he moved away. The audacity was out of the world. I moved out of the world and called Tim Horton guest Center , spoke with one person, reported and sent the video. I also told if it was not taken care of then I will go to media and I am damn serious. I am not a fully surprised; basically this is the scenario of Canada . Everywhere you will see one specific “loud and over extrovert “ nationality or another set of people of worlds one of the highly populated countries . You will go to Walmart they are there , Tim Hortons , MacDonald everywhere because the franchise is owned by them , management are from there. Out of 50000 false student around 20000 are from one country. So when they are here they have to survive. One hundred thousand are false refugee claimant and taking our hard earned tax money every month for what ? How we are benefited . I know many skilled and educated people are not getting jobs for long and some are playing with Canadians pride with their frustrated life. Government should look into this. Now I am pointing to the franchise, so if I don’t get any response logically or rationally then I will go to the media because Tim Horton is Canadian pride and it’s not they are charitable; they are running with our hard earned money. Cheers

The baristas are obviously rotated here as I’ve been coming here for almost 3 years now. The overall atmosphere is good because of where it’s located. This morning, I ordered a bagel with a hash brown. He asked me what bagel I wanted and I said whatever is vegan. He proceeds to show me the bagel stating “I don’t know whatever that means, just pick one from there”. I choose sesame bagel. They toast mine and then tell me, hash brown will take 6 mins. I ask why didn’t you tell me that before billing. She then suggests she can just add lettuce and give me my bagel! Seriously? I say no. She leaves by toasted bagel and goes into the kitchen to find hashbrowns. I saw a note on the counter asking us to leave a Google review so I started clicking pics and writing this review. She storms out and says I am toasting a fresh bagel for you and when she hands it over screams and asks “why did u take pictures, you are not allowed to take pictures”. Why exactly is there a board that is asking us to leave a google review? The folks in line ask me to ignore the screaming Tim Hortons staff and just post my review. My bagel looked buttered so I asked if she added butter she could’ve confidently said no but she got mine back and rechecked the order and asked the guy who took my order and they both were so pissed stating no no we did not add it ‘cause you asked us not to! I said thank you and left! It’s so sad that my beautiful peaceful community’s only Tim Hortons employs such rude staff. I wouldn’t mind travelling all the way elsewhere and paying extra for my coffee/bagel rather than encounter such rude staff. Human beings in the service industry have got to practice being compassionate else please do something else. Your energy is transferred to us with what you serve. Please employ polite people. Don’t keep a board with a QR code asking us to review it on Google if you don’t want us to take pictures and post the truth.

Just because it’s in Guildwood don’t expect it to be “nice”. This is prob one of the most run down, unclean Tim Hortons in the area. Service is nice, staff are friendly every time I’ve visited, mobile orders are made promptly. Never had a problem with the taste or quality of my food and drinks. HOWEVER, The state of the dining room and the BATHROOMS is horrendous. I was here a few days ago, and again this morning. This is not a 24 hour place, and it should not be this disgusting first thing in the morning. The bathroom has very obviously NOT been cleaned for days or weeks even. The same grime and skid marks and weird hairs are still there, not even touched. I’ve shared some photos of the bathroom. Please clean your bathrooms thoroughly!! This is an establishment for food and drink. You can’t have filthy bathrooms, that is such a big turn off. Also it reflects in the skills and quality of care your staff and management put into the place. If they don’t care about cleaning the bathrooms, how do you think their kitchen and hygiene skills behind the counter are??

This location I used to support on a daily basis since we’re neighbours. I’m located at Pizza Nova and I spend an average of 30$ minimum each day on their business for me and my staff. But today the customer service was abysmal. I had ordered via mobile and I accidentally had put sugar in my coffee when I usually take it black. So I went and I had apologized and said it was my fault and I’d like it if I got my usual black coffee and the manager had attitude and said she’s not able to give me a replacement because she makes what’s on the bill. I told her I understand but I’m a good customer and it’s not like I come and complain everyday. I just want the coffee that I usually get and she told me that we at pizza nova “abuse” them. The manager said a worker of mine comes in and always asks for a muffin when they don’t have a specific item he wants. But Isn’t that part of their job? To compensate for something we paid for but they don’t have? What is the big problem? Then she went on to say this is the last favour I’m giving you? Excuse me? Since when have I ever asked for a favour from this location? I always pay and get what I paid for. I started to go off on her because that comment really bothered me so she told me to stop yelling because I was going off at how much I spend here and that they shouldn’t treat me in such a manner. Not only did she go on a power trip but I was humiliated in front of everyone. After then did she have the nerve to ask what do I want? Well I want the coffee obviously. Instead of arguing with me you should have done your job and just gave me the coffee in the first place. At that point I just walked out and I will not be going back. On top of that I would just like to note that everytime I walk in, not once has she smiled and greeted me. Where are her manners? If someone at pizza nova accidentally orders a medium pepperoni and they wanted a medium cheese and I noticed it was an honest mistake on their part, I’m not going to say this is the last time I’m doing you this favour. It’s part of my job to give the customer what they want. I’m not going to threaten them saying it’s the last time I’m going to make a new pizza for them. Mistakes happen; get over it. We replace it right away instead of complaining about it. You need to retrain your manager in customer service skills. If she has a problem with someone else, she shouldn’t take it out on me. It’s very unprofessional and misguided. This location has lost me as a customer and I hope they do something about it to improve their business but I doubt they will. It’s really saying something when your own neighbour is dissatisfied with how you treat them. Once again I just want to reiterate I’ve never had a problem with the staff ever. The manager created this problem with her mean displaced attitude. If there’s something going on personally, don’t take it out on your customers, especially someone who supports your business on a daily basis. It’s wild how disrespected I was today. The greed is really showing here. If I could rate this place 0 stars I definitely would. From the amount of negative reviews, I see I’m not the only one complaining about their customer service. Take a hint and work on it! Lost a great...
