I am a regular customer at this location I get my food in the morning and the Phillipines people are so nice and polite They never had complaints about them But I want to talk about something there is a girl maybe from sir lanaka or some South Indian she is rude and doesn't know how to do her job one day my dark roast was not I asked her to remake and through the cup and later she started to fight and argue with me that I am not your servant and later a boy came from inside he said mam I can give you the remake or can refund you for the coffee and which was the way to deal the things She throws the coffee on my face which I want to tell everyone which is not right I could have complaint about that to goverment or police because that guy tried to apologise to me which was not his fault even but still it was a good gesture I want to tell you more thing that girl thinks that she is boss of this tim hortons but she is not the way she talk back when there is some complaint she acts like I am not your servant. Listen you are not my servant but you are for customers first then rest if they have problems with you all please try to corporate I know the owner white tall guy Ryan and daffiney white girl I can complaint to them about this I have mutual friends with them I could fire this girl if I go to customer right department but I don't want to do that because if I do that every one gonna loose that job but please tell her to be nice and respect the white people we are the one who gave you the chance to work here and make your life but don't ever think what can I do to you. Read moreRyan (the branch manager) needs to actually train the employees at this location with the acception of Hashini (who should be the manager) nobody at this location knows how to do their job, I come to this location multiple times a day and spend a lot of money there (easily 40 dollars a day) as I've lived beside the location for 6 years. I'm utterly disgusted at the fact I cannot order a dark roast double double without it either being burnt, old or tasting like chemicals which I believe is them cleaning the pots with descaler and not thoroughly rinsing them. I've had more coffees dumped down the sink then I have enjoyed, even tried getting steep tea at times, hoping they don't mess that up too which they still manage to do. I would really appreciate whoever is in charge of this location to somehow correct their untrained staff it's utterly pathetic how I cannot trust a chain like Tim hortons to have a quality control over their products. I can go to Starbucks right now and order a drink I haven't had in years and it'll taste just as I remembered it years prior. Read moreThe Tim Hortons is nasty! Me and my younger brother bought 20 timbits on Saturday and we found 2 timbits with bites in them. Whomever did that has no respect whatsoever and clearly doesn't consider anyone's health. They should be fired for contamination towards the consumers. The quality of the food is terrible and it was stale; the food had to be at least a day or two old. Also the food display area had multiple wasps in it and on the food, it was very gross.
I suggest for anyone who goes here or is thinking about going here don't. Your first visits might be fine but you'll start to notice stuff here that you wouldn't tolerate. Every time I came here the food would taste really stale but I shrugged it off because the service was great. If anyone wants to go to a Tim Hortons close to them I recommend the one on 91 Guildwood Pkwy, Scarborough, ON M1E 4V2. Sometimes the wait is long but the service is worth it and the quality of food is much better...
