I decided to come here with my family yesterday (August 31, 2022 a few minutes before 10:00 PM), and it was good at first. The worker came up to us asking why we sat in a certain area of the place because apparently it was closed, asking us if we could move somewhere else. We said we’ll be leaving soon, and apologized. We left, and all we see from the windows is an angry worker screaming at the other workers.
Please tell me why you start cleaning up acting as if you’re closing at 10:00 when you literally close at 11:00. Make it make sense. The worker was mad at us because an area of the place was closed although there was literally an opening leading to the closed area, clearly that means it’s opened because it’s not closed!!!
I, along with my dad go back inside to confront the worker, and the unprofessionalism was crazy. “It was just a suggestion” sir, no it wasn’t. You said why did we sit here and ASKED us to move, you did not suggest it. “Do you want me to beg on my knees and ask you to move” said the worker. Are you serious? Nobody asked you to do that, we came in clarifying that you left an area opened, us thinking we can go through, and you’re mad at your mistake? Sorry? The worker was laughing, “Can I not be mad?” Nobody said you couldn’t be mad. By all means, go ahead, but be professional, and come up to us asking us to move with respect, not attitude. Luckily, a security guard came up and even admitted the worker made a mistake and they were wrong. Yet, the worker tried to prove his point but it wasn’t working! He was speechless at some times!
Here’s some tips and information for the workers:
Us customers pay our money for you to serve us, we expect utmost professionalism and respect when within your facilities as that does nothing but boost the activity and reputation of your corporation.
1.) If you’re upset at a customer, be respectful and professionalism. Keep it inside, we’re a customer and you’re a worker. Wanna have the risk in getting fired? I don’t think so. If you wish to show your emotions, go to the back.
2.) Inform the customer that an area is closed, so it doesn’t cause confusion, and it doesn’t end up with YOU mad at YOUR own mistake! If you’re gonna block an area leading to the closed area, make sure you close all possible entries.
3.) When a customer is clarifying and speaking to you, you have all eyes and ears on them, maybe they can teach you a lesson. Be professional with it, and don’t laugh acting like the whole situation was just a joke!
4.) Don’t make a fool out of yourself, don’t clean the table I sat on that day with such fuss, slamming the towel on the table and cleaning it with no effort, and such madness is clearly unacceptable and unprofessional.
Oh, and I hope you’ve heard this before: “The customer is always right”.
I wont be coming here ever, or in a very long time until they get their hands on some respectful, and professional...
Read moreOne star just coz of Management as I am very upset when i saw the was that female manager treated one of her employee, I was there at early morning around 6-6:15am on weekend and the way she treated her employee in front of 3 customers was very unprofessional also she was talking to someother guy in their native language who was working in kitchen. In my past I have also work as an assistant manager in Tim Horton’s ( Toronto Downtown) for 3yrs but myself or my manager had never ever behaved this way to our staff in front of customers, If they have done any mistake kindly take them in backoffice and talk to them but in front of your customer never ever do this as this will result in customer not respecting your own staff.
On same weekend I was there back in evening ( Around 8:30-9pm) and there was two Indian girls Isha and Kashish but the way they both were behaving with each other to clear lineup was really commendable as they were very professional. Though both were Indians working there but in front of customers they maintained their professionalism and spoke in English to make customer service more friendly and respectful. They both deserve to be in management.
5star for evening Staff………who ever is the owner kindly take this review in your notice as I am going to email same review to head...
Read moreDon't go to this location. I go here often. Today I Bought a turkey bacon club, and there was 2 slices of turkey and 2 slices of bacon. I also asked for extra mayo, and the sandwich was dry. When brought to their attention, they stated "Sorry. He's new here. Also yesterday, another girl made someone's sandwich wrong too." I said it's okay. The woman put 1 extra slice of turkey and 1 slice of bacon .... When I told her they usually put more on, she replied "No, they don't. Turkey bacon club has 3 slices of turkey and 5 slices of bacon!" I told her that I have been to this location many times, and they always put 6 slices of turkey and 3 slices of bacon, she replied "no they don't. If they do that again, come and tell us!" Then when I asked for my coffee with 6 cream, and 6 splenda, she put 5 splenda, and hardly even 3 creams ...... To top it all off ! The bathrooms are never clean ! I went to the bathroom , and the toilet seat had a big pile of poop on it. On the back .... And the last time I was there, there was no toilet paper! .... Also, I've been to this location many times and I've seen the guy who she said was new, working there for a while now ! In fact, I just saw him last week. He made my sandwich...
