EDIT August 15, 2020: Location is UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. We were greeted with terrible service on August 3rd, 2020. Here's our story -- an order was placed for two medium and two large pizzas, alongside with hot wings and two large pops. The app guaranteed that our order will be ready in about 25 minutes. As we visited the location, several Uber workers who ordered way ahead of us received their meals before us. After realizing that our order was already well over 25 minutes late, we began asking the employees whether if they began preparing the food. Apparently, everything was "still in the oven". Another 10 minutes went by, and when we finally received our order, we found out that the pizzas were actually sitting outside of the oven, losing their freshness. When we began complaining about the temperature of the pizza and the fact we were being lied to, one of the female workers became enraged and began spewing out excuses for their incompetence. She claimed the app doesn't accurately predict the cooking times and that we were making a big deal about the cold pizzas. Simply requesting her to create the pizzas from scratch resulted in a comment about us "not willing to be reasonable and understanding". It wasn't until minutes of arguing that she re-made the pizzas. When we arrived home, we noticed that even the quality of the pizzas went down. Read moreI recently had an experience at Pizza Hut that compelled me to share my thoughts. While I understand that service industry jobs can be demanding, my last visit left me quite disheartened which was on September 8, 11:45pm
I was the last customer of the evening, and there was a minor issue with my payment card. As is common, these things happen, and I had an alternative card to use. However, during the brief delay in processing the payment, the cashier exhibited visible signs of frustration, including heavy sighs and a somewhat judgmental expression.
I politely mentioned that I understood that long shifts can be tiring, but it's essential to maintain professionalism and not display frustration towards customers. Unfortunately, my comment was disregarded, and I proceeded to complete the payment.
Afterward, I felt compelled to express my dissatisfaction and asked for the cashier's name and the manager's contact information. This request seemed to escalate the situation, and the cashier became defensive, asserting that she wasn't giving me an attitude and expressed frustration regarding the payment issue.
It's unfortunate to encounter such interactions, and it reminds us of the importance of maintaining professionalism in customer service roles. What troubles me more is the insinuation of hostility within our own communities. As a member of the brown community, it's disheartening to witness such interactions.
In sharing this review, my intention is not to criticize but to highlight the significance of maintaining a positive and professional attitude in customer-facing roles. I hope that this experience serves as a reminder for all involved to strive for better interactions...
Read moreI am deeply disappointed and utterly disgusted with the abysmal service provided by Pizza Hut. After placing an order around 11:45 PM today, eagerly anticipating a late-night treat, I called the location for mentioning about them to do pizza well done & a guy on this location name “Harry” stated that he has decided to cancel my order because they are closed and they don’t take order after 11:45 whereas the store closing time is 12:00 and they are doing closing and further he cancelled my order around 11.50PM
This level of unprofessionalism is utterly unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to receive the service If it is accepted on app or else on app they should have stop accepting orders. To have my order summarily dismissed without any consideration for my time or inconvenience is beyond infuriating.
Following that I called pizza hut customer service and the rep was utterly inept and unhelpful when I reached out for assistance. Not only were they unable to provide any solution, but they also callously dismissed the issue, claiming it was solely between the franchise location and me. It's appalling that Pizza Hut as a brand washes its hands of responsibility when faced with such poor service from its franchisees. This experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied
