I had one of the most disappointing and uncomfortable experiences at this Tim Hortons. The older lady working at the counter was not only rude but also showed clear racist behaviour, which made me feel unwelcome the moment I walked in. Customer service should be about respect and hospitality, but her attitude was unprofessional and unacceptable.
The food quality was just as bad as the service. They didn’t have basic breakfast items like scrambled egg boxes even though it was before 11 AM — which makes no sense for a place that advertises breakfast all day. They also didn’t have espresso foam, and when I politely requested to blend the whip topping into my Iced Capp, she refused without any valid reason. The way she responded felt dismissive and disrespectful.
To make things worse, there was no supervisor present during the morning shift, which meant there was no one to address or resolve the poor service and unprofessional behaviour. For a brand as big as Tim Hortons, I expected better service, proper menu availability, and at the very least, basic courtesy from the staff. Instead, I left feeling disrespected and dissatisfied.
I will not be returning to this location and would not recommend it to anyone who values good service and...
Read moreSimran/Simren was incredibly rude to me for no reason. She was giving me lots of attitude and made me feel stupid for asking questions about the drinks. She told me “No” when I asked for the Oreo iced Capp and when I changed my order to a Candy Cane Hot chocolate she then proceeded to yell “small medium or large” when I couldn’t hear her the first time because she was mumbling. When ordering my next drink she rolled her eyes when I asked if she could make the iced mocha capp less sweet which I know is an option because I was offered that option in other branches. When trying to get her name from the member of staff giving me my drink they were all very sheepish and brought her over. She denied using tone with me and “Apologized” but kept making excuses. She said “sorry but that wasn’t my intention”. An intention may always be good but her attitude was very different from her words. An apology is sincere when someone does not make excuses especially to a purchasing customer. After many times of asking did she reveal her name. If she really thought she did no wrong, she should be ready to be accountable for it. Worse branch I’ve purchased...
Read moreI’m writing to share my recent experience at your location, and I truly hope it’s taken as constructive feedback. I placed an order worth $7, but unfortunately, the quality and portion I received did not feel worth even a fraction of that amount. I’ve been to other locations and usually have a good experience, so this was very disappointing and unexpected. There was one staff member working at the time, and when I politely asked to add something to my order, he refused in a dismissive manner. Even when his co-worker signaled approval for the addition, he still did not accommodate the request. I didn’t want to cause a scene, but I felt it was quite disrespectful. I understand everyone has tough days, but as a paying customer, I expected a basic level of service and respect. Even $1 can have value, especially to those who work hard for it. I hope this feedback helps improve the service experience for future customers. Thank you for taking the time to read and...
